YOU Have The Responsibility To Protect YOUR Child – From Abuse

Michael O’Bernicia hails from the north east of England – a true Geordie – not altogether a bad thing in my book. Along with other colourful characters from other well known parts of the UK – and I would put south Walians, Scousers and Yorkshiremen in the same group. From really tough working class backgrounds they are blunt no nonsense types. They are also often colourful and controversial – they tell it as it is – whether you like it or not is immaterial; when they sense injustice, they start firing from the hip. Not the types you want to make enemies of. To other more soft bellied and woke types they are a nightmare. The general more ‘softy’ modern types that inhabit other areas of our Isles are often in shock when they tangle with these types of tougher and rougher around the edges people. O’Bernicia is a classic example. There is no politeness or holding back for fear of hurting feelings – he tells it as he sees it. He is also tenacious, and with an impressive track record of taking the establishment to court under Common Law jurisdiction and winning (more info HERE). He seems to know his stuff when it comes to Common Law, despite others playing down what he has achieved in the past.

Mask Wearing & Injection Mandates In Schools

Forced mask wearing in schools is a subject that has been brewing for a while; the coerced ‘death jabs’ for our children in school and the segregating of injected and non injected pupils is an even more serious subject than masks.

O’Bernicia and his team (which includes Merseysider Mark Oakford) have looked at the problem in detail and offer a solution that may be more legally practical and efficient than the campaign currently undertaken by some parent with the issuing of notices to school staff.

Bernicia’s model is based on the time tested legal notices procedure. Some may know the power of issuing a notice. There is a clear guideline though. Issuing a single notice is not sufficient, it has to be a three part process.

A notice is primarily issued with a time deadline (Notice of Conditional Acceptance). If the notice is not responded to or ignored then:
A Notice of Opportunity To Cure is issued, basically a reminder – with a short extension to the original deadline for response. If the second notice is ignored and not responded to, then:
A Notice of Default is served.

Why Three Notices?

Actually it’s one in three parts. By law, following this recognised procedure, a court will rule that by a non response or the ignoring of the notices then the notices are respected in court by default. This puts the defendant(s) in an extremely vulnerable and compromised position.

This is the process employed by e.g. local governments when serving notices for local tax collection. If all notices issued are ignored or not responded to, then judgement is entered by default.

This is the proper way to serve a notice. The current process, employed by many parents is to confront the staff at a school to serve a single written notice face to face. This often causes confrontation, is not efficient and is lawfully weak. On the other hand, the notices (specimens below) do not need to be a face to face incident. Each missive must be sent by recorded mail or special delivery and all mailing receipts must be retained, so that it can be proven that every notice was duly served upon the intended recipients.

Unless the governors abandon their plans to mandate masks or injections in the school, they should be held liable for any and all harm, damage and injury caused.

Furthermore, using a Common Law Lien process developed over the course of the past thirteen years, the injured parties will be able to obtain damages secured against the personal legal estates of the school governors, for the injuries caused by the masks/ injection mandates.

PEOPLE’S UNION of BRITAIN (PUB) Three Notice Process To Stop Schools Mandating Masks

Here is PUB’s three notice process to deal with the clear and present threat that UK schools are insisting that children wear masks and are injected to continue their education.

Notice of Conditional Acceptance

In the event you are a concerned parent, once you have filled in the relevant information, the Notice of Conditional Acceptance should be sent to the school governors who have indicated that your child must wear a mask or be injected, conditionally agreeing to grant your consent in the event they can provide you with the material evidence you ask for.

Moreover, everybody should engage in this process acting as a Trustee of the People’s Union of Britain [PUB], in order to establish their legal protection, under the provisions of the Treaty of Universal Community Trust.

Each missive must also be sent by recorded mail or special delivery and all mailing receipts must be retained, so that it can proven that every notice was duly served upon the intended recipients.

Please deliver to me these reasonably requested items within seven days of your receipt of this notice, given the seriousness of the matters raised and the apparent imminence of the school governors adhering to the UK Government policy of mandating the designated facemasks for all UK school children.

I look forward to hearing from you without delay in signed writing and strongly advise you to accept that my child has ever right to refuse to wear a mask in school, unless and until you deliver to me the evidence described in the foregoing.

Given that the evidence you will be asking for does not exist, in the extremely likely event you don’t receive what you asked for within seven days, the Notice of Opportunity To Cure should be sent, reiterating the terms of the first notice, giving the school another three days to respond appropriately.

However, the only acceptable responses would be either providing you with the material evidence requested, or an agreement to cease and desist in their plans to mandate mask wearing in the school.

If the school governors propose that you should enter reasonable discussions before they take a position on the issues you have raised, this process should be suspended pending the outcome of further communications. The same would apply in the event this happens at an earlier stage.

However, if you don’t receive what you have reasonably requested and the school governors refuse to cease and desist in their plans to mandate mask wearing, the Notice of Default should be sent, notifying them of the potential civil and criminal liabilities they have incurred.

Next Steps

Unless the governors abandon their plans to mandate masks in the school, they should be held liable for any and all harm, damage and injury caused.

Needless to say, the templates for that non-judicial process of obtaining damages payouts will be posted at thebernician.net in due course, along with a webinar which will cover any question and queries people are likely to have.

However, it is anticipated that many of the school governors who are served the preceding three notice process will either suspend or terminate any and all plans to mandate masks in their school, rather than risk bankruptcy by ignoring or dismissing the serious issues raised.

It’s important that you, as a parent, implement this campaign of putting the schools on notice, regarding the welfare of your child/ children. Schools are legally compelled to care for the welfare of all children in their care. It is a duty of care and failure to do so makes them jointly and severally liable if they fail in that duty of care.

They are your children, you are their guardians, it’s YOUR responsibility to protect them at all costs.

The Chilling Truth – We Are Now Allowing The Evil Ones To Slaughter Our Children

For those reading this, who are not aware of who Moloch was – here’s a brief explanation.

Moloch (also referred to as Molech is a representative of Baal) was a god deity worshipped by the ancient Ammonites among other nations of Canaan. One of the disgusting, depraved and evil things the worshipers of this dark god were expected to do was to throw their children (as a sacrifice) into a big fire that burnt in the lap of a huge stone or bronze statue for the veneration of this satanic cult god. You can dismiss it as ridiculous myth, but the reality is that the Ammonites DID worship a god called Moloch. Why Mention This Here?

Simply to draw a comparison with the custom of sacrificing children by throwing them into the fire of Moloch as a sacrifice – under the influence of a powerful cult – and the parallel of injecting our children today, many of whom will – as a consequence – die or become extremely sick in the future, as is currently being witnessed. Once again, this time, under the guise of a cult belief; a cult belief system that has convinced people that vaccines are the ‘cure all’ for disease, and no one must question that belief. We are seeing glaring similarities with what transpired thousands of years ago. In the ancient past, the worship of Moloch and the sacrifice demanded, was seen as a necessary action to appease the ruler of darkness, and to gain rewards for their loyalty and perceived zeal for their cult belief system. Today, we are expected to appease a similar force, to be rewarded with the return of our rights and freedoms. Same horse just a new jockey.

People the world over have been duped into a cult-like belief regarding vaccination, and are now being asked to sacrifice their children on a similar alter to the ancient one. This time it’s worse, because they don’t immediately see their children perish in flames. Instead, they are killed in a different fashion, simply to help psychopaths achieve their goal of culling the human population of the earth. In other words a mass genocide. Realisation of what was happening was obvious in ancient times, this time the penny will not drop regarding what parents are inadvertently doing until it’s too late.

How Much Cruelty And Misery Can We Tolerate?

Whether you believe the lying and deceitful narrative of the governments, their bought and paid for pseudo science ”health experts” or the mainstream media that has welded you into their propaganda; or you’ve come to realise what is the real truth through due diligence and serious research; we should ALL be appalled at the death of a single child through medical negligence, that death should appal us a million times more if it was done on purpose and a million times more again if it was a part of a culling agenda – i.e. a genocide programme unparalleled in the history of mankind. To see children and young adults die as a consequence of an injection designed to maim and kill humans should send a shiver up our spines and sicken us to the core.

The Vaccination Cult Belief System – Only Mad People Would Say Anything Against It

Really? Incredibly, vast swathes of the public are still convinced that the Covid-19 mRNA gene altering jabs (not a vaccine incidentally) are safe and effective. I can hear any fully mass media duped reader of this article say:

All medical experts believe in a vaccine therapy and support it”.

Not true actually. There are tens (probably hundreds by now), of thousands of prominent experts around the world who beg to differ:

Tens of thousands of doctors, professors, scientists and medical academics echo the voices of those professionals featured in the above video, those same voices are silenced by censorship. Many uninformed medical staff are still ignorant of the facts and are sailing full speed ahead in a vaccine programme that has nefarious reasons for it’s roll-out. Worse still they are fully indoctrinated into the cult like belief system that ‘vaccines’ prevent illness, and act as a synthetic immunity against illness. Nothing could be further from the truth. Most recipients of the injections are freely presenting themselves for inoculation in fear, thanks to the official narrative pumped out by the mass mainstream media. Not one of of those jabbed have given INFORMED consent to be injected, because they have not been informed. The pharmaceutical companies refuse to disclose a full list of the ingredients in their injections.

What Is The Evidence That Vaccines Work?

Historically, injections in the form of vaccines actually cause illness, as amply proven by past inoculation programmes during World War 1 (most of the victims of the so-called ‘Spanish Flu’ had been injected against common trench diseases like cholera and diphtheria), also smallpox and later the polio epidemic of the 50s – that was the result of the maniacal use of the pesticide DDT. When a so called polio vaccine was introduced it was hailed as the saviour, but by then polio had been reduced to insignificant levels, by the retraction of DDT from the market – only to be followed by a second wave following the panic driven polio vaccination programme, which actually caused an enhancement at that time of the neurological disease they labelled as a virus induced polio.

This is not just an historical event, a mass break-out of polio has been observed in sub Saharan Africa and other third world countries like India and the Philippines, where the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation had been experimenting with polio vaccines. They were thrown out of India and the Philippines filed lawsuits against them for their devious programme’s mass death rate outcomes. And people still accept the narrative about the safety and efficacy of vaccines? I think it says something about the level of ignorance amongst the human race – sad, but true unfortunately. They have become brainwashed automatons, that believe anything the authorities tell them and worse still, believe those authorities are a source of knowledge and expertise, with the wellbeing of the public as the most important factor in their illogical diktats. That is a fallacy, and a a very provable lie.

All of this vaccination madness has it’s roots in the flawed and fraudulent results of Louis Pasteur’s experiments. His experimental vaccination programmes for anthrax and rabies – to name but two – have been proven to CAUSE disease rather than prevent it. Thousands of animals and humans died as a result of his ridiculous germ theory, later applied to viruses. Those in ultimate control have swept that information under the carpet. It is readily available though, and takes very little time to research. Do your research before you or your children are dragged into this net of inoculation compulsion, based on lies, fraud and fear of death. The ironic and tragic thing is, that this Covid injection is in fact a bio-weapon, actually designed TO kill!

However this exceptionally informative book written by Dawn Lester and David Parker, following a decade of research, is a must read for converts to the truth and remaining sceptics alike. If you still think after reading this far, that this is the product of conspiracy theorists I would recommend you keep taking the tablets for your cognitive dissonance, and if it gets worse, see a good psychiatrist! The book is hefty in size (around 800 pages from memory), but the content is not difficult to follow, due to the easy reading way it’s been written. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see and understand the whole picture, rather than the narrow and flawed view that is projected by the allopathic pills, potions and injections mob, that they are shamelessly dishing out to the public, thanks to the influence of Big Pharma and the Rockefeller funded and controlled medical schools.

The Virus Is A Known Hoax – The Plan Is Genocide

Difficult as it may be for most of us to absorb, but Australia has always been synonymous with genocide.

The Aboriginal people of Australia had their lands cruelly taken from them by force and cruelty. Under the control of the British Empire, masterminded by the crown and implemented by the English parliament in London. It didn’t stop at the brutal theft of other people’s land, it progressed into open genocide. The indigenous tribes were mowed down by the colonisers, shot on sight. It was declared that the natives were no more than a race of monkeys, so it could not be seen as murder of another human being.

They then enslaved the men they caught and took them away in chains. Later they adopted a policy of child snatching taking young children away from their parents and sending them away to be ‘adopted’ by white colonialist families. It all sounds eerily like the policies that have been adopted during the planned hoax pandemic of 2020. It’s the mechanisms of genocide.

Fast forward to 2021, and once again this policy of genocide raises it’s ugly evil head, more especially in Australia.

It is now without doubt that Oz has been chosen as the test bed. Injection uptake has been slow down under, the lengths gone to in order to force inoculations to take place has morphed into the brutality we see in Australia. The governments of the provinces – especially Victoria – are totally out of control, the police force has become a big roaming gang of thugs on the street.

Australia is a long way away – out of sight, out of mind and not reported on by the complicit mainstream media. Unless you do your own research and listen to eyewitnesses like Max Igan, reporting on the situation, then you will be blissfully unaware of how barbaric things have become in that country, and are going to become in other countries. What is going on down under is a real-time test bed for what will happen in other parts of the world. It’s in your interest to take in the full import of the hell that is exploding in Australia.

It’s time to seriously consider our situation and to prepare for what is bearing down on us. As China was seen as the role model in containing the phantom virus, so too Australia is becoming the template for how authorities will react when their ‘death jab’ scheme falters.

Let’s Get a Few Things Straight Before Moving On

We Are Fragmented On Many Fronts

The great advantage that the Cabal and it’s henchmen have over us is that they have an united agenda, that has been marinating for many centuries, and their outworking, (hand in hand with corrupt governments), is united. They take their orders directly from the evil pinnacle of the power pyramid – the hidden Cabal. Everyone and everything else below them are compartmentalised.

We, on the other hand may have a common goal to preserve our freedom, escape the genocide and to educate the comatose public about the reality, by exposing the pseudo science and corrupt medical tyranny that is behind the hoax pandemic – the biggest scam yet perpetrated against the human race, and we all nearly fell into the trap.

Sadly we are also extremely fragmented and divided on many issues. This is a great weakness, as we still see division and often bickering and suspicion within our own ranks, some are still bitching with each other over matters that are irrelevant in a global crisis. The Cabal is very well aware of this weakness and encourages it at every opportunity to make us become more divided, purposely creating more animosity and schisms, the classic divide and conquer tactic.

A Summing Up Of The Confusion

Some believe it’s a Marxist/ communist plot. Others believe there is a deadly Sars-Cov-2 virus that has given birth to a brand new disease called Covid-19. Some (especially the doctors) believe – after being inculcated with false knowledge in medical school – that the germ and virus theory is real, being somewhat at odds with other enlightened doctors who have come to realise what the Terrain Theory is about.

Many believe the myth that vaccines generally work, although they are suspicious of the latest experimental gene therapy injections. Others believe that all vaccines are designed to cause illness and in this latest instance have been designed to cull the world’s population (as the evidence certainly suggests).

Still others believe that the virus is a bioweapon developed in Wuhan and released on humanity, many theories also revolve around gain of function developments, but without a virus how can it be manipulated to gain deadly properties and accelerated contagiousness? Squandered billions on a red herring I believe. In reality it’s the injections, hurried to market, but developed beforehand, that are being pushed on a world population with maniacal urgency, THAT is the real bioweapon, what preceded it was a manufactured excuse to deploy it. The fear generating hoax pandemic was just a stepping stone to get the death dealing injections into the bodies of 90 – 95% of the world’s population.

Many believe (especially in the US) that there will be a super hero (as in comic books) riding on a white charger that will save them from the apocalypse (e.g. like a returning Donald Trump – in triumph – who has been on side and fully aware all along) – dream on and smell the coffee my friends. We need to wake up from such fantasies, even if it does soothe our minds. We need to re engage with reality based on proven facts.

Then you have the die-hards who believe that all that’s required is a change in government, but run on the same lines as present, will sort it all out. Sadly they’ve failed to realise that ALL governments, Labour or Conservative, here, Republican or Democrats on the other side of the pond are chosen by the Cabal before any election. Same puppet, just a different mask.

The tentacles of this centuries old evil Cabal reach right down from the top, as far as local government and across the world’s medical authorities. They have also established global, elite corporate bodies especially the banks, who are now more powerful than governments. The real big weapon has been the mainstream media, owned by about six corporations each run by a powerful individual owner/ head. They take their orders and headlines from just two global, central news agencies. It’s the media that keeps the public in the dark and unknowing in fear of death, as they pump out the lies and the propaganda 24/7; carefully crafted to create as much fear as possible. We know very well the negative effect of fear on the masses. We’re also tasting the results of harsh censorship by Big Tech, of anything that goes against the official narrative.

Given the time and opportunity the Cabal – working through it’s minions – have had to carefully put in place key people and organisations to influence the whole power structure of the world, it’s little wonder that they have been successful this far. The old term during the Cold War was ‘sleeping cells’. The Cabal’s ‘sleeping cells’ all woke up in 2019/ 20.

Examples Of Valuable Allies But Not All On The Correct Page

Here’s an e-mail message I received from Jon Rappoport this week. In his inimitable style he sums it up pretty accurately and is more in tune with what is really at foot:

A key question within the bubble: is naturally acquired immunity, achieved through infection by the virus, equivalent to, or better than, immunity acquired as a result of vaccination?

The answer to that question is vital for the pro-vaxx mafia. They MUST claim natural immunity is inferior. Otherwise, their goose is cooked.

Otherwise, their whole brutal campaign to force shots into arms is doomed.

Enter Senator Rand Paul. The other day, in a hearing, he took Biden’s Health and Human Services Secretary, Xavier Becerra, to the woodshed, to the cleaners and to school.

The only problem is that whilst Senator Paul is a great ally to our cause, he still comes at the problem from an awkward angle. He evidently believes the virus exists (thanks probably to his indoctrination at medical school and afterwards as a doctor in the medical field). He argues very effectively that our immune systems are far superior to any man-made concoction that’s pumped into our bodies. He also highlights the absurd logic behind the so-called ‘vaccination’ programme. However the reality is that no virus has EVER been properly isolated and it’s genome sequenced. There is no SARS Cov-2 virus, the immune system does not work as hypothesised and vaccines have NEVER been successful in fighting any disease by giving the impression that they impart some kind of immunity. They have actually caused more deaths and harm than the diseases they are supposed to protect us from.

However we are grateful for small mercies from the likes of senator Rand Paul – although slightly out of tune, he’s doing a great job of exposing those behind this scam.

Another Angle

Martin Geddes who is also a great ally, comes at the problem from other angles – one is the political dogma angle, and comic book ‘Super Hero’ angle revolving around Donald Trump. Again, it’s evident that Geddes sees what is happening – like all of us do – but everything is rather foggy, because of this ununified direction that so many of us are coming from. This causes confusion for the cause in people’s eyes and weakens our united front against the common enemy. This is exactly what the Cabal want – division and confusion.

The Solution?

Somehow or other we need to find common ground. Universally we are all aware of the hoax and what it’s leading to at an alarming rate of knots. What we don’t have is a common and clear picture of the facts that shape our journey to the battlefield – easier said than done unfortunately.

We all have individual parts to play in the freedom ‘army’ that is not so much of a problem. The big problem is arranging the ‘army’ in an unified way. At present we have too many hypothesises to explain the reality of what is happening. Many are totally off the scale and quite frankly some are ludicrous others are based on established misinformation whilst others are the product of fantasy based on science fiction.

The most important thing to do is to stop the suspicion that there are ‘spooks’ behind every tree. We also need to stop the over analysis and the spouting of information without concrete evidence to support statements. Releasing information based on hearsay, or because the content appeals to us personally does untold damage to our credibility in the eyes of those that come across such information. Above all else we need to stop causing division between ourselves, focus on truth, be more trusting of one another and for heavens sake don’t attack each other because other people’s views views are not in line with our own views.

Failing to do that means we fail to stop this genocidal attack on our brothers and sisters worldwide.

Tens of thousands of eminent world leading doctors, scientists and professional medical researchers, have been desperately warning us of what the future holds for us, if we are foolish enough to listen to government and mainstream media (MSM) propaganda, bought and paid for by the Cabal’s henchmen and heavily lobbied by Big Pharma. It is a real conspiracy that is viewed as science fiction by the closed minded, gullible, public, who can’t come to terms with the fact that they have been lied to and duped.

However it is a reality, too incredible for people to comprehend and they shy away from it – but the evidence is all there – tons of it – worthy of the most far flung sci-fi novel that can be imagined If we only listen, view and rely – for our news and information on MSM – then we will have a false. perceived reality of what is actually going on. That’s the science fiction.

Both are retired, so have more freedom to express the truth; both have impeccable reputations and are considered to be the most globally eminent in their fields. Thousands of others have been suspended or had their licenses removed for saying the same thing, or are blackmailed and bullied into silence.

We should be taking heed, but sadly these warnings are not circulated by the main media sources – including social media, that is being swamped by trolls and the likes of the 77th Brigade, whose task it is to silence anyone who dares go against the official narrative. No, not whoever is in the coffin in the header picture above, but the man with a cane at the head of the procession – John O’Looney. Why is he a brave hero? Because he has had the guts to speak out the truth loudly and clearly about what is happening right now up and down the country.

He has risked all to bring the truth to the eyes of the masses, those who have been duped, and continue to reject what is happening due to cognitive dissonance. Those people who still believe that this is a genuine pandemic. Those who listen and believe the propaganda from the government via mainstream media. The mRNA vaccine is “experimental’ and unapproved. Since December 2020, it has resulted in a worldwide upward trend in deaths and injuries.

Numerous scientific studies confirm the nature of the Covid-19 mRNA vaccine which is being imposed on all humanity.

The stated objective is to enforce the Worldwide vaccination of 7.9 billion people in more than 190 countries, to be followed by the imposition of a digitized “vaccine passport”.

Needless to say this is a multi-billion dollar operation for Big Pharma. In a bitter irony, Pfizer which is playing a dominant role in marketing the vaccine at the level of the entire planet, has a criminal record with the US Department of Justice (for more details see below).

The national health authorities cannot say: we did not know. Nor can they say that the objective is “to save lives”

The latest official figures (September 15, 2021) point to approximately:

40,666 mRNA vaccine reported and registered deaths in the EU, UK and US (combined) and 6.6 Million reported “adverse events”.

This is a killer vaccine. And they know it.

EU/EEA/Switzerland to 11 September 2021 – 24,528 Covid-19 injection related deaths and 2,292,967 injuries, per EudraVigilance Database.

UK to 1 September 2021 – 1,632 Covid-19 injection related deaths and 1,186,844 injuries, per MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.

USA to 3 September 2021 – 14,506 Covid-19 injection related deaths and 3,146,691 injuries, per VAERS database.

TOTAL for EU/UK/USA – 40,666 Covid-19 injection related deaths and 6,626,502 injuries reported as at 15 September 2021.

But only a small fraction of the victims or families of the deceased will go through the tedious process of reporting vaccine related deaths and adverse events to the national health authorities.

Those death and injury figures (EU, UK, US) SO FAR are at least ten times higher than the official reported cases.

410,000 deaths, 66 million injuries out of a population of approximately 850 million.

Moreover, the health authorities are actively involved in obfuscating the deaths and injuries resulting from the mRNA “vaccine”, while inflating the number of Covid-19 related deaths. (“autopsies not required”).

Digital Tyranny at a Global Level

The vaccine is being applied and imposed Worldwide. The target population is 7.9 billion. Several doses are contemplated. It is the largest vaccination program in World history.

The WHO “Guidelines” for establishing a Worldwide Digital Informations System for issuing so-called “Digital Certificates for Covid-19” are generously funded by the Rockefeller and Bill and Melinda Gates foundations.

The mRNA vaccine is not a project of a UN intergovernmental body (WHO) on behalf the member states of the UN: This is a private initiative. The billionaire elites which fund and enforce the Vaccine Project Worldwide are Eugenists committed to Depopulation.

Big Pharma: Pfizer Seeks Worldwide Dominance

The global vaccine project entitled COVAX is coordinated Worldwide by the WHO, GAVI, CEPI, the Gates Foundation in liaison with the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Wellcome Trust, DARPA and Big Pharma which is increasingly dominated by the Pfizer-GSK partnership established barely four months before the onset of the Covid-19 crisis in early January 2020.

Pfizer –which has a criminal record with the US Department of Justice– is playing a “near monopoly role” in the marketing of the mRNA “vaccine”. Already in the EU, Pfizer is slated to deliver 1.8 billion doses which is equivalent to four times the population of the European Union.

In a historic US Department of Justice decision in September 2009, Pfizer Inc. pleaded guilty to criminal charges. It was “The Largest Health Care Fraud Settlement” in the History of the U.S. Department of Justice.

In addition to compliance and enforcement, the “vaccine poison” imposed at the level of the entire planet is produced by a pharmaceutical company which has been indicted by the DOJ on charges of “fraudulent marketing”.

Compliance: No Jab, No Job

“Fraudulent Marketing” in relation to the mRNA vaccine is a gross understatement. The health authorities as well as Big Pharma not to mention the WHO, the Rockefellers and the Gates foundation are fully aware that the vaccine has resulted in countless deaths and injuries, including blood clots, infertility, brain damage, myocarditis, etc.

And yet the governments (with the 24/7 support of the media) are pressuring people to take the jab. “It will save lives”.

The health risks are known and documented, yet at the same time people are not only misinformed, they are forced into accepting the vaccine. Or else…

No career, no income, no future… It’s an issue of compliance. And no access to education and health services if you are not vaccinated.

If they refuse the jab, they loose their job.

Students are barred from attending schools, colleges and universities, health workers and high school teachers who do not conform are fired, civil society is precipitated into a state of chaos.

Relevance of the Nuremberg Code

Focussing on the experimental nature of the mRNA vaccine and its devastating health impacts, legal analysts have raised the issue of the historic Nuremberg “Nazi Doctors Trial’ (1946-47) in which Nazi doctors were charged for war crimes, specifically in the conduct of medical experiments on both prisoners in the concentration camps and civilians.

The Medical Case, U.S.A. vs. Karl Brandt, et al. (also known as the Doctors’ Trial), was prosecuted in 1946-47 against twenty-three doctors and administrators accused of organizing and participating in war crimes and crimes against humanity in the form of medical experiments and medical procedures inflicted on prisoners and civilians.

Karl Brandt, the lead defendant, was the senior medical official of the German government during World War II; other defendants included senior doctors and administrators in the armed forces and SS. See Harvard Documents

Resulting from the verdict on August 19, 1947, the Nuremberg Code was enacted. Reviewed below are the Ten Principles of the Nuremberg Code. Several of these principles –in relation to the mRNA vaccine and the vaccine passport– have been blatantly violated.

The first principle of the “Nuremberg Code.” states that “the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential,” And that is precisely what is being denied in relation to the “vaccine”(see sentences in bold below).

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.

3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.

4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.

5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.

8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.

9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probably cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

Entire populations in a large number of countries are under threat to comply and get vaccinated.

With reference to the Nuremberg Code, they are unable:

“to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion” (Nuremberg 1 above).

Amply documented, there is an upward trend in mRNA vaccine deaths and injuries Worldwide and the health authorities are fully aware of the “health risks”, yet they have not informed the public. There is no informed consent. And the media is lying through their teeth:

“No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur” (Nuremberg 5 above).

That “a priori reason” outlined in Nuremberg principle 5, is amply documented: Deaths and disabling injuries are ongoing at the level of the entire planet. They are confirmed by the official statistics of mRNA vaccine mortality and morbidity (EU, US, UK).

Nazi “Medical Experiments”

Let us recall the categorization of specific crimes pertaining to Nazi “medical experiments” conducted on concentration camp prisoners. These included “the killing of Jews for anatomical research, the killing of tubercular Poles, and the euthanasia of sick and disabled civilians in Germany and occupied territories. …”

Karl Brandt and six other defendants were convicted, sentenced to death, and executed; nine defendants were convicted and sentenced to terms in prison; and seven defendants were acquitted.

The trial documents and evidence are all on file. The defendants were charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The Scale and Size of the Worldwide Covid-19 Vaxx Operation

I have not been able to review the relevant documents in detail with a view to establishing the number of victims resulting from the Nazi medical experiments.

While the Nuremberg principles are of utmost relevance to the Covid-19 vaccine project, simplistic comparisons should be avoided. The context, the history and the mechanisms of compliance pertaining to the mRNA “vaccine” are fundamentally different.

The scale and size of the Worldwide Vaxx operation as well as its complex organizational structure (WHO, GAVI, Gates Foundation, Big Pharma) is unprecedented.

Humanity in its entirety is the objective of the Vaxx project. The target population for vaccine experimentation of the Covid-19 vaccine is the entire population of Planet Earth:

7.9 billion people, involving several doses.

Multiply the World’s population by 4 doses (as proposed by Pfizer): the order of magnitude is 30 billion doses Worldwide.

The numbers are in the billions. The likely impacts on mortality and morbidity are beyond description.

Big Money is behind this public-private partnership project.

We are dealing with a Worldwide process of crimes against humanity. Entire populations in a large number of member states of the UN are subject to compliance and enforcement (without the Rule of Law).

If they refuse the vaccine, they are socially marginalized and confined, rejected by their employers, rejected by society: no education, no career, no life. Their lives are destroyed.

If they accept the vaccine, their health and their life are potentially in jeopardy. The evidence of mortality and morbidity resulting from vaccine inoculation both present (official data) and future (e.g. undetected microscopic blood clots) is overwhelming.

And that’s just the beginning.

Are We Seeing The Planned Exit Strategy Of The Cabal Starting To Unfold?

As followers of BGB will be aware we are currently in the middle of a short break. However we promised that we would still keep our ear to the ground, and if anything of significance should arise, then we would let you know. This is an example of such news. Here is the announcement by Germany’s Federal Government (released on the 26th of this month), that they are halting ALL death jabs for the Covid-19 hoax pandemic in Germany – with immediate effect – and reassessing their position.

It’s evident that the nonsense so far, and the injuries and deaths following inoculations has stopped them in their tracks. They daren’t carry on, as the tide is fast turning and the public are waking up to what has been attempted against them, the injury and death figures are there for everyone to see, and they have stalled, because not enough unwary people are queuing up for the jabs. To have made a success of their attempt at world control and their depopulation plan, those plans had to be enacted swiftly for it to succeed. Time has run out for them.

I’m sure all of those who are awake will be overjoyed to hear this. Is this the rumblings of an exit strategy by those behind this scam? They will still be held accountable for their evil deeds – there is no escape from justice.

Also great to hear that Dr. (at Law) Reiner Fuellmich is involved. He has said from the start of his lawsuits, that once the pillars of this hoax pandemic are exposed (especially the PCR testing fiasco) then the rest of the house of cards will collapse. Introduction

Let us be under no illusions, it’s not only “experimental”, it’s a Big Pharma “killer vaccine” which modifies the human genome. The evidence of mortality and morbidity resulting from vaccine inoculation both present (official data) and future (e.g. undetected microscopic blood clots) is overwhelming.

Numerous scientific studies published independently confirm the nature of the Covid-19 mRNA vaccine which is being imposed on all humanity.

The stated objective is to enforce the Worldwide vaccination of 7.9 billion people in more than 190 countries, to be followed by the imposition of a digitized “vaccine passport”. Needless to say this is a multi-billion dollar operation for Big Pharma.

The global vaccine project entitled COVAX is coordinated Worldwide by the WHO, GAVI, CEPI, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in liaison with the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Wellcome Trust, DARPA and Big Pharma which is increasingly dominated by the Pfizer-GSK partnership established barely four months before the onset of the Covid-19 crisis in early January 2020.

The Covid-19 Timeline

Fake figures of covid-19 positive cases and covid-19 related deaths. Lies upon lies.

There is a complex timeline. The covid crisis is marked by several stages leading up to the implementation of mass vaccination Worldwide in December 2020.

A fake Worldwide Public Health Emergency (PHEIC) was announced by the WHO on January 30, 2020 (based on 83 positive cases Worldwide outside China), followed by the onset of the crisis in air travel and international commodity trade (Trump on January 31, 2020), the February 20, 2020 financial crash, the March 11, 2020 lockdown, followed by the second, third waves and fourth waves. The March 11, 2020 Lockdown and Its Devastating Social and Economic Consequences

Starting on March 11, 2020, 44,279 so-called confirmed RT-PCR “positive cases” (Worldwide out of China) and 1440 Covid deaths were used to justify:

social confinement,
the lockdown and closure of 190 national economies, crisis of the global economy,
extensive corporate bankruptcies in key sectors of economic activity,
the outright elimination of small and medium sized enterprises,
the triggering of poverty and mass unemployment,
social distancing, the face mask, no social and family gatherings,
Devastating impacts of mental health,
an engineered crisis of the national health system,
the closure of schools, colleges and universities,
the closure of museums, concert halls, culture and sport events,
institutional collapse and the disruption of civil society.

The stated objective has always been to save lives. The outcome of these policies have literally destroyed people’s lives. Millions of people Worldwide have been driven into extreme poverty.

And then ten months later the Covid-19 vaccine has come to our rescue.

It was announced in early November 2020 and launched Worldwide in late December.

The fear campaign has spearheaded compliance and acceptance to higher authority.

The mRNA vaccine

was presented as an everlasting solution, as a means to curbing the epidemic, saving lives, reopening our shattered national economies and restoring a sense of normality in our daily lives.

A massive propaganda campaign was initiated in support of the vaccine.

A fake promise of a new life. A return to reason and normalcy.

All of this turned out to be an illusion, spearheaded by lies and fabrications.

The ideology of the financial elites and the billionaire foundations was imposed: The vaccine was upheld as a means to carrying out the World Economic Forum’s “Great Reset”:

“You’ll Own Nothing and Be Happy”: a stylized future predicated on debt and extreme poverty coupled with a ‘killer vaccine”.

What is envisaged under “The Great Reset” is a scenario whereby the global creditors will have appropriated by 2030 the World’s wealth, while impoverishing large sectors of the World Population.

The billionaire elites do not hide their intent. In 2030 “You’ll own nothing, And you’ll be happy.”

Lies through omission: the dramatic trend in mortality and morbidity related to the vaccine (confirmed by official sources) since early January 2021 had been carefully obfuscated.

“Killer Virus” or “Killer Vaccine”?

The first question which stands out is: Do We Need a Vaccine?

The answer is NO! There is no scientific basis whatsoever which justifies the gene-edited vaccine as a means to saving lives and protecting people’s health Worldwide.

The alleged “scientific justification” for the vaccination program relies on the three simple and misleading “phrases” or “labels” which are totally invalid:

SARS-COV-2 is a “killer virus”
There is a rising Worldwide trend of covid-19 infection,
People are dying as a result of the covid-19 infection.

1. SARS-CoV-2 is “a killer virus”.

That’s the cornerstone of the 24/7 fear and media disinformation campaign upheld by persistent statements by politicians and national health authorities.

Both the peer-reviewed as well the WHO, CDC “official” definitions of SARS-CoV-2 say exactly the opposite. Their definitions of SARS-2 repeal their own lies. (For details see Appendix)

2. There is a Rising Worldwide Trend of Covid-19 infection.

This alleged trend is said to be corroborated by a rapidly increasing number of covid positive cases.

The methodology used to generate these figures is dependent upon the WHO sponsored Real Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test, the estimates of which are tabulated Worldwide by the national health authorities.

While the estimates of the rRT-PCR have been questioned from the very outset, it is now confirmed by the WHO in a January 20, 2021 advisory that the rRT-PCR test adopted as a means to detecting the SARS-COV-2 virus cases is TOTALLY invalid. (This pertains to Covid positive data tabulated since late January 2020). (See Appendix)

3. People are Dying as a Result of the Covid-19 Infection.

We are told that there is a rising trend of Covid-19 mortality. Namely deaths which are allegedly the result of the SARS-2 viral infection.

There is ample evidence that these Covid-19 related probable causes of death and the underlying data on Covid-19 mortality are manipulated by the national health authorities. Tests, autopsies and postmortems are not conducted. The mortality statistics pertaining to Covid-19 are TOTALLY invalid. (see Appendix which focusses on the US covid related mortality data )

In summary,

1. there is no killer virus,

2. the measurement of covid positive cases is invalid,

3. the Covid-19 mortality data are manipulated.

All of these statements are amply documented. For details see Appendix to this article below.

I should mention that the so-called “emergency use” clause to justify an experimental and unapproved vaccine is also invalid. Why? Because the emergency use criterion relies on erroneous estimates of the rRT-PCR Covid positive cases (fake) and Covid-19 related mortality data, both of which are invalid. (See Appendix)

The Vaccine. Hidden Agenda?

The vaccine does not save lives nor does it contain the pandemic, because there is no pandemic. It’s a money-making operation for Big Pharma in the hundreds of billions of dollars (see data below).

Moreover, it’s not a one time vaccine jab. Several doses are contemplated. It is slated to extend over a period of at least two years.

It is applied Worldwide without exceptions. Not a single country with the exception of Burundi, Tanzania and Haiti had the courage to refuse the “killer vaccine”.

While there is no reliable evidence, it is worth noting that the presidents of Tanzania and Burundi died under mysterious circumstances.

Haiti was until recently the only country in the Western Hemisphere which refused categorically to implementing the mRNA vaccine. In a bitter irony, immediately following president Jovenel Moise’s assassination (July 7, 2021), president Joe Biden promptly sent half a million vaccine doses (and more to come) (courtesy of Uncle Sam) which were delivered by COVAX to Port au Prince six days later on July 14.

This first shipment to Haiti was part of a US Aid program consisting of 500 million doses of the “killer vaccine” which is slated to be sent to a large number of developing countries (For further details see below).

Mortality and Morbidity: While there is “No Killer Virus”, there is a “Killer Vaccine”.

The evidence is overwhelming. At the time of writing, almost 20,000 Covid vaccine deaths have been recorded in the European Union (July 17, 2021). In the US the number of registered vaccine related deaths is of the order of 12,000 (July 9, 2021).

According to the EudraVigilance database (July 17, 2021) there were 18,928 deaths and 1,823,219 injuries reported following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots.

From the total of injuries recorded in the EU, “half of them (904,609) are serious injuries“. According to EuroViligance (quoted by by Brian Shilhavy):

Seriousness … can be classified as ‘serious’ if it corresponds to a medical occurrence that results in death, is life-threatening, requires inpatient hospitalisation, results in another medically important condition, or prolongation of existing hospitalisation, results in persistent or significant disability or incapacity, or is a congenital anomaly/birth defect.”

These are official statistics based on a formal process of registration of deaths and “adverse effects”. The actual number of deaths and injuries triggered by the mRNA vaccine are much higher. Less than ten percent of the victims or families of the deceased will go through the tedious process of reporting vaccine related deaths and injuries to the national health authorities.

According to the latest “official” figures for the EU, Britain and the US (combined), there are 31,389 Covid-19 vaccine related deaths and almost 5 million injuries.

EU/EEA/Switzerland to 17 July 2021 – 18,928 Covid-19 injection related deaths and over 1.8 million injuries, per EudraVigilance Database.

UK to 7 July 2021 -1,470 Covid-19 injection related deaths and over 1 million injuries, per MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.

USA to 9 July 2021 – 10,991 Covid-19 injection related deaths and over 2 million injuries, per VAERS database.

TOTAL for EU/UK/USA – 31,389 Covid-19 injection related deaths and almost 5 million injuries reported so far in July 2021.

Hidden Injuries: The Microscopic Blood Clots

The persons vaccinated will not be immediately aware of the injuries incurred. The latter in most cases are not discernible, nor are they recorded. While “Big Blood Clots” resulting from the vaccine are revealed and reported by those vaccinated, an important study by Canada’s Dr. Charles Hoffe, suggests (yet to be fully confirmed) that the mRNA vaccine generates “microscopic blood clots”.

The blood clots we hear about which the media claim are very rare are the big blood clots which are the ones that cause strokes and show up on CT scans, MRI, etc.

The clots I’m talking about are microscopic and too small to find on any scan. They can thus only be detected using the D-dimer test.

These people have no idea they are even having these microscopic blood clots. The most alarming part of this is that there are some parts of the body like the brain, spinal cord, heart and lungs which cannot re-generate. When those tissues are damaged by blood clots they are permanently damaged.

These shots are causing huge damage and the worst is yet to come.”

Big Pharma. Pfizer’s Near Global Monopoly

Hundreds of billions of dollars are at stake. This is the largest and most expensive vaccine project in World history which is slated to be financed by tax dollars Worldwide, putting an obvious strain on the public debt of numerous countries.

The vaccine program is accompanied by a “timeline” consisting of recurrent mRNA inoculations over “the next two years and beyond”. As documented above, it will have devastating impacts on mortality and morbidity Worldwide.

What is at stake is a multi-billion dollar Big Money operation for Big Pharma with Pfizer in the lead.

Pfizer-BioNTech (allied with Moderna Inc) is in the process of consolidating its Worldwide (near monopoly) position by pushing out its major competitors including AstraZenaka and Johnson and Johnson (J & J).

Pfizer has been pressuring politicians to endorse their mRNA vaccine. It’s political lobbying is also directed against its Big Pharma competitors. According to Bureau Investigates report:

One official who was present in the unnamed country’s negotiations described Pfizer’s demands as “high-level bullying” and said the government felt like it was being “held to ransom” in order to access life-saving vaccines.

Ironically, in the EU, the reported deaths and injuries were used by the European Commission to cancel the renewal of the contract with AstraZeneka, despite the fact that there were substantially more deaths and injuries associated with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

In April 2021, the EU Commission confirmed that it would “end AstraZeneca and J&J vaccine contracts at expiry”. “The Pfizer shot will take precedence”. Never mind your followup dose with AstraZeneka, the health authorities have instructed people to get their second or third jab with Pfizer or Moderna (thereby visibly violating medical norms).

Having sidelined its competitors, Pfizer-BioNTech has jacked up the price of the vaccine vial. Pfizer has literally cornered both the EU and US markets. A near global vaccine monopoly is in the making.

The European Union

In mid-April 2021 the President of the European Commission confirmed that Brussels is in process of negotiating a contract with Pfizer for the production of 1.8 billion mRNA vaccine doses, which represents 23 percent of the World’s population.

That’s exactly four times the population of the 27 member states of the European Union (448 Million, 2021 data), which confirms that several followup doses of the “killer vaccine” are envisaged, despite the trend in mortality and morbidity which the governments and the media are attempting to suppress as part of a hideous disinformation campaign.

Pfizer and the US Market

A similar pattern is occurring in the US and Canada. In July 2020, Pfizer signed a $1.95 billion contract with the U.S. government for 100 million doses. And then in December 2020 another 100 million doses were delivered.

In Canada, another 35 million doses of Pfizer and Moderna vaccine vials are slated to be delivered.

And now July 2021 the Biden administration has ordered 200 million more doses of the Pfizer vaccine. “for children’s shots and possible boosters”

But that’s not all: in early June 2021, Biden ordered 500 million Pfizer-BionTech doses of the “killer virus” to be sent as “US Aid” to developing countries (courtesy of Uncle Sam).

In most Western countries including the US and Canada, the retail price of the vaccine is “Free”.

In the US, a total of 900 million doses of Pfizer-BionTech vaccine vials is Big Money for Big Pharma: Massive profits for Pfizer, all of which are slated to be financed by tax revenues coupled with a dramatic expansion of the US public debt.

In the first quarter of 2021 (January through March 2021), the gross revenues accruing to Pfizer and Moderna were as follows:

#1. Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. U.S. sales were $2.038 billion; global sales were $5.833 billion.

#2. Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. U.S. sales, $1.358 billion; global sales, $1.733 billion.

Recently announced (23 July 2021), Pfizer has jacked up the price of its vaccine vial from $19.50 to $28.00.

Multiply $28.00 by three vaccine doses per person for a World population of 7.9 billion, What do you get?

This is not an estimate, it’s an “order of magnitude”: 663.6 billion dollars ($28.00 x 3 x 7.9 billion = $663.6 billion).

It is all for a good cause: save lives?

We are talking about a multi-billion dollar operation at tax payers expense, which has resulted in a pattern of vaccine related deaths and injuries. And the governments are fully aware of what is happening.

Pfizer’s Criminal Record

Is Pfizer “a reliable partner” as claimed by the EU Commission President van der Leyen?

A global vaccine monopoly is unfolding controlled by a company which has a criminal record (2009) with the US Department of Justice.

It was not the routine civil class action law suit waged against the pharmaceutical industry. It was a criminal indictment for “fraudulent marketing”. While there were no arrests, Pfizer was so to speak “Put on Parole” under a US DOJ indictment.

Pfizer to Acquire A Near Monopoly of the Global Covid Vaccine Market

And now among all major Big Pharma actors, it’s a company with a criminal record which has established a de facto near monopoly at a World Level.

Can we trust a Big Pharma vaccine conglomerate which pleaded guilty to criminal charges by the US Department of Justice (DoJ) including “fraudulent marketing” and “felony violation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act”?

‘Fraudulent marketing” in the case of the Pfizer-BioNTech’s “killer vaccine” is a gross understatement. What is Value of Human Life? It does not have a monetary value.

Can we trust the politicians in high office who granted these multibillion Euro/dollar contracts to Pfizer, which are funded by tax revenues.

Is this a “mistake” on the part of the national health authorities? The experimental mRNA “vaccine” has resulted in an upward trend in mortality and morbidity Worldwide. Meanwhile, Big Pharma profits are in the hundreds of billions.

Do we Know What’s inside the Pfizer Vaccine Vial?

The causes of vaccine related deaths and injuries have not been addressed by the health authorities.

What is inside the vaccine vial? National health authorities have not made public the results of their lab exams. It is unclear as to whether those lab exams of the vaccine vials have been conducted.

Graphene Oxide Nano-particules

According to lab exams conducted by the Spanish Quinta Columna research team, graphene oxide nano-particles have been detected in the vial of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine.

The results of their research (analysis by electron microscopy and spectroscopy) are far-reaching. Graphene oxide is a toxin which triggers thrombi and blood coagulation. It also has an impact on the immune system. Graphene oxide accumulated in the lungs can have devastating impacts.

Concluding Remarks. The Vaccine Passport

The data from official sources quoted above confirm unequivocally that the Covid-19 “vaccine” has resulted in an upward trend in vaccine related mortality and morbidity.

In turn, the studies of Dr. Charles Hoffe and the Spanish Research Team (Quinta Columna) which remain to be fully ascertained, point to possible “future impacts” of the vaccine on human health.

According to official data based on reported / registered deaths and injuries, there is no doubt: this is a “killer vaccine”.

So why are governments pressuring people to get vaccinated?

Heads of State and heads of government Worldwide are being pressured, bribed, coopted and/or threatened by powerful financial interests into accepting the Covid vaccine consensus.

The global capitalist elites control the so-called “classe politique”. The governments are liars.

Acts of protest and resistance must question the legitimacy of both the financial architects of this crisis as well as the governments involved in imposing the vaccine:

The legitimacy of politicians and their powerful corporate sponsors must be questioned, including the police state measures adopted to enforce the closure of economic activity, the imposition of a digital vaccine passport as well as the wearing of the face mask, social distancing, etc.

This network must be established (nationally and internationally) at all levels of society, in towns and villages, work places, parishes. Trade unions, farmers organizations, professional associations, business associations, student unions, veterans associations, church groups would be called upon to integrate this movement.

The first task would be to disable the fear campaign and media disinformation as well put an end to Big Pharma’s Covid vaccination programme.

The corporate media should be directly challenged, without specifically targeting mainstream journalists, many of whom have been instructed to abide by the official narrative. This endeavour would require a parallel process at the grassroots level, of sensitizing and educating fellow citizens on the nature of virus, the impacts of the vaccine and the lockdown.

“Spreading the word” through social media and independent online media outlets will be undertaken bearing in mind that Google as well as Facebook are instruments of censorship.

The creation of such a movement, which forcefully challenges the legitimacy of the financial elites as well as the structures of political authority at the national level, is no easy task. It will require a degree of solidarity, unity and commitment unparalleled in World history.

It will also require breaking down political and ideological barriers within society (i.e. between political parties) and acting with a single voice.

We must also understand that the “corona project” is an integral part of the U.S. imperial agenda. It has geopolitical and strategic implications. It will also require eventually unseating the architects of this diabolical “pandemic” and indicting them for crimes against humanity.

1. There is No Killer Virus

SARS-CoV-2 is presented and upheld as “a killer virus”. That’s the cornerstone of the 24/7 fear and media disinformation campaign upheld by persistent statements by politicians and national health authorities.

It is a killer virus? Both the peer-reviewed as well the WHO, CDC “official” definitions of SARS-CoV-2 say exactly the opposite. Their definitions of SARS-2 repeal their own lies.

Lies through omission: the media has failed to reassure the broader public.

Below is the official WHO definition of Covid-19:

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses which may cause illness in animals or humans. In humans, several coronaviruses are known to cause respiratory infections ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The most recently discovered coronavirus causes coronavirus disease COVID-19.

“The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, dry cough, and tiredness. … These symptoms are usually mild and begin gradually. Some people become infected but only have very mild symptoms. Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing hospital treatment. Around 1 out of every 5 people who gets COVID-19 becomes seriously ill and develops difficulty breathing.”

According to Anthony Fauci (Head of NIAID), H. Clifford Lane and Robert R. Redfield (Head of CDC) in the New England Journal of Medicine

“…the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%) or a pandemic influenza (similar to those in 1957 and 1968) rather than a disease similar to SARS or MERS, which have had case fatality rates of 9 to 10% and 36%, respectively.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci is lying to himself. In his public statements he says that Covid is “Ten Times Worse than Seasonal Flu”.

He refutes his peer reviewed report quoted above. From the outset, Fauci has been instrumental in waging the fear and panic campaign across America:

Covid-19 versus Influenza (Flu) Virus A and Virus B (and subtypes) (Bear in mind seasonal influenza is not a coronavirus)

Rarely mentioned by the media or by politicians: The CDC (which is an agency of the US government) confirms that Covid-19 is similar to Influenza

“Influenza (Flu) and COVID-19 are both contagious respiratory illnesses, but they are caused by different viruses. COVID-19 is caused by infection with a new coronavirus (called SARS-CoV-2) and flu is caused by infection with influenza viruses. Because some of the symptoms of flu and COVID-19 are similar, it may be hard to tell the difference between them based on symptoms alone, and testing may be needed to help confirm a diagnosis. Flu and COVID-19 share many characteristics, but there are some key differences between the two.”

If the public had been informed and reassured that Covid is “similar to Influenza”, the fear campaign would have fallen flat.

2. The Measurement of Covid Positive Cases is Invalid

We are told that there is a pandemic characterized by a rising Worldwide trend of Covid-19 infection. This alleged trend is said to be corroborated by a rapidly increasing number of covid positive cases.

The methodology used to generate these figures is dependent upon the WHO sponsored Real Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (rRT-PCR) test, the estimates of which are tabulated Worldwide by the national health authorities.

While the estimates of the rRT-PCR have been questioned from the very outset, it is now confirmed beyond doubt that the rRT-PCR test adopted as a means to detecting the SARS-COV-2 virus cases is TOTALLY invalid.

(This pertains to Covid positive data tabulated since late January 2020).

The Real Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (rRT-PCR) test was adopted by the WHO on January 23, 2020 as a means to detecting the SARS-COV-2 virus, following the recommendations of a Virology research group (based at Charité University Hospital, Berlin), supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Exactly one year later on January 20th, 2021, the WHO retracts. They don’t say “We Made a Mistake”. The retraction is carefully formulated. (See original WHO document here)

While the WHO does not deny the validity of their misleading January 2020 guidelines, they nonetheless recommend “Re-testing” (which everybody knows is an impossibility).

The contentious issue pertains to the number of amplification threshold cycles (Ct). According to Pieter Borger, et al

The number of amplification cycles [should be] less than 35; preferably 25-30 cycles. In case of virus detection, >35 cycles only detects signals which do not correlate with infectious virus as determined by isolation in cell culture…(Critique of Drosten Study)

The World Health Organization (WHO) tacitly admits one year later that ALL PCR tests conducted at a 35 cycle amplification threshold (Ct) or higher are INVALID. But that is what they recommended in January 2020, in consultation with the virology team at Charité Hospital in Berlin.

If the test is conducted at a 35 Ct threshold or above (which was recommended by the WHO), segments of the SARS-CoV-2 virus cannot be detected, which means that ALL the so-called confirmed “positive cases” tabulated in the course of the last 14 months are invalid.

According to Pieter Borger, Bobby Rajesh Malhotra, Michael Yeadon, et al, the Ct > 35 has been the norm “in most laboratories in Europe & the US”.

The WHO’s Mea Culpa

Below is the WHO’s carefully formulated “Retraction”. The full text with link to the original document is in annex:

WHO guidance Diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 states that careful interpretation of weak positive results is needed (1). The cycle threshold (Ct) needed to detect virus is inversely proportional to the patient’s viral load. Where test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation, a new specimen should be taken and retested using the same or different NAT technology. (emphasis added)

WHO reminds IVD users that disease prevalence alters the predictive value of test results; as disease prevalence decreases, the risk of false positive increases (2). This means that the probability that a person who has a positive result (SARS-CoV-2 detected) is truly infected with SARS-CoV-2 decreases as prevalence decreases, irrespective of the claimed specificity.

“Invalid Positives” is the Underlying Concept

This is not an issue of “Weak Positives” and “Risk of False Positive Increases”. What is at stake is a “Flawed Methodology” which leads to invalid estimates.

What this admission of the WHO confirms is that the estimate of covid positive from a PCR test (with an amplification threshold of 35 cycles or higher) is invalid. In which case, the WHO recommends retesting: “a new specimen should be taken and retested…”.

The WHO calls for “Retesting”, which is tantamount to “We Screwed Up”.

That recommendation is pro-forma. It won’t happen. Millions of people Worldwide have already been tested, starting in early February 2020. Nonetheless, we must conclude that unless retested, those estimates (according to the WHO) are invalid.

Another issue which has bearing on the Validity of the rTC-PCR test is that the SARS-1, (2003) was used in the PCR-test as a proxy for SARS-COV-2, because no information was available pertaining to the “isolation” and “identity” of SAR-CoV-2. This was recommended to the WHO on the grounds that the genetic fragments of SARS-1 are similar to those of SARS-CoV-2.

What it also implies is that statement regarding “variants” and mutations pertaining to SARS-CoV-2 are totally meaningless inasmuch as the PCR test from the outset included a similar 2003 virus as a proxy for SARS-CoV-2. i.e. mutations in relation to what? SARS-2 or SARS-Co-2 (the identity of which has not been made public.

The RT-PCR data cannot under any circumstances be used to justify the imposition of a vaccine, which is presented to public opinion as a means to saving lives, when in fact it is leading to an upward trend in vaccine related mortality and morbidity.

3. The Covid-19 Mortality Data is Manipulated

We are told that there is a rising trend of Covid-19 mortality, namely deaths which are allegedly the result of SARS-2 viral infection.

There is ample evidence that these Covid-19 related “probable” causes of death and the underlying data on Covid-19 mortality are manipulated by the national health authorities.

In the US, the mortality statistics pertaining to Covid-19 are TOTALLY invalid.

The “More Often than Not” Clause

On March 21, 2020 the following specific guidelines were introduced by the CDC regarding Death Certificates (and their tabulation in the National Vital Statistics System (NVSS). The instructions to the certifiers are to identify COVID-19 as the “Underlying Cause of Death” “More Often Than Not”.

Will COVID-19 be the underlying cause of death? This concept is fundamental. The underlying cause of death is defined by the WHO as “the disease or injury that initiated the train of events leading directly to death”.

What the CDC is recommending with regards to statistical coding and categorization is that COVID-19 is expected to be the underlying cause of death “more often than not.”

The CDC combines these two criteria. “underlying cause of death”, more often than not.

The above directive is categorical. Below are CDC concepts and justifications

“The underlying cause depends upon what and where conditions are reported on the death certificate. However, the rules for coding and selection of the underlying cause of death are expected to result in COVID- 19 being the underlying cause more often than not.”

The certifier cannot depart from the CDC criteria. Covid-19 is imposed. Read carefully the CDC criteria above:

“What happens if certifiers report terms other than the suggested terms?”

There are no loopholes. These CDC directives have contributed to categorizing Covid-19 as the recorded “cause of death”. Two fundamental concepts prevail throughout:

The “underlying cause of death”

The “More Often than Not” Clause which falsifies the Cause of Death

And these criteria are imposed despite the fact that the RT-PCR test used to corroborate the “cause of death” provides misleading results.

It’s Bad News – REALLY Bad

As many of the more awake in our midst have suspected from the start of this hoax ‘pandemic’ – there is evil intent at work on an agenda that is vile and far worse than we suspected in it’s intent.

We suspected from the start that the ultimate goal was to use an excuse for a vaccine in order to inoculate the whole population of the earth for malevolent purposes. What has been revealed by a team of professional research scientists in Spain is probably beyond the comprehension of most people – including those who have kept their eyes on the ball from the start.

We have kept relatively quiet about this research, because we needed to know more about it, before publishing it’s content; the same applied to the reports of humans becoming magnetic after their injections. Because we base the information on this blog on factually correct and evidentially waterproof material, we’ve exercised some restraint.

However now that we have access to the research results from Spain (see the embedded PDF copy of the report in English below), we are sufficiently convinced of the validity of the findings.

It’s an excellent interview, with Prof. Chossudovsky’s own subject material knowledge, he asks all the right questions, including the recent research that also shows the presence of graphene oxide in face masks. Ever wondered why the obsession with face masks, before the mRNA injections started to get rolled out? The explanation is as clear as day in this video.

Hence why we have repeatedly pointed out that recipients of the jabs could not possibly make informed decisions before accepting the injections, because proper information was simply not available. This puts those administering the injections in a very precarious position, under the Nuremberg Code of 1949, which is still in force globally. INFORMED consent HAS to be obtained before injecting anyone with an unknown substance.

The original vial of injection content was transferred to the team’s laboratory by certified secure transmission through law enforcing personnel (to avoid any future accusations of tampering). On arrival, the vial was witnessed independently as the original vial’s seal was opened.
