Mention the word ‘Nazi’ and people break out in a cold sweat – well at least they used to, before the word got desensitized by progressive liberal lunatics calling anyone who does not agree with them a ‘Nazi’. I’m not going to 100% endorse or decry one theory over another. Professor Bhakdi is one of the most highly cited medical research scientists in Germany.
The softly-spoken Professor Dr Sucharit Bhakdi, is an infectious medicine specialist. The Professor is one of the most highly respected medical research scientists in Germany. He was head of the Institute for Medical Microbiology at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, one of Germany’s most distinguished seats of learning.
Sucharit Bhakdi was born in Washington, DC, and educated at schools in Switzerland, Egypt, and Thailand. He studied medicine at the University of Bonn in Germany, where he received his MD in 1970. He was a post-doctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics in Freiburg (the same institute where Prof. Dolores Cahill worked for many years) he was there from 1972 to 1976, and at The Protein Laboratory in Copenhagen from 1976 to 1977. He joined the Institute of Medical Microbiology at Giessen University in 1977 and was appointed associate professor in 1982. He was named chair of Medical Microbiology at the University of Mainz in 1990, where he remained until his retirement in 2012. Dr. Bhakdi has published over three hundred articles in the fields of immunology, bacteriology, virology, and parasitology, for which he has received numerous awards and the Order of Merit of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Who is mentioned several times by Prof. Dr Sucharit Bhakdi in the above video is a Greek-American physician-scientist, writer and Stanford University professor who has made contributions to evidence-based medicine, epidemiology, and clinical research. An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2 (the purported cause of the Covid-19 disease – which has not been isolated or identified with a compiled genome available ), and therefore any enforced quarantine based on those test results is unlawful.
Further, the ruling suggested that any forced quarantine applied to healthy people could be a violation of their fundamental right to liberty.
Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.

Background
The specifics of the case concern four tourists entering the country from Germany – all of whom are anonymous in the transcript of the case – who were quarantined by the regional health authority. Of the four, only one had tested positive for the virus, whilst the other three were deemed simply of “high infection risk” based on proximity to the positive individual. All four had, in the previous 72 hours, tested negative for the virus before departing from Germany.
In their ruling, judges Margarida Ramos de Almeida and Ana Paramés referred to several scientific studies. Most notably this study by Jaafar et al., which found that – when running PCR tests with 35 cycles or more – the accuracy dropped to 3%, meaning up to 97% of positive results could be false positives.
The ruling goes on to conclude that, based on the science they read, any PCR test using over 25 cycles is totally unreliable. Governments and private labs have been very tight-lipped about the exact number of cycles they run when PCR testing, but it is known to sometimes be as high as 45. The World Health Organisation initially recommended a 45 cycle threshold for tests. In Ireland the test cycle threshold was INCREASED to 45 cycles, driving false positive rates up and by extension false claims that CASES were exponentially increasing, this was a highly suspect move by the Irish government. Even fearmonger-in-chief in the US – Anthony Fauci – has publicly stated anything over 35 is totally unusable.

The media reaction to this case has been entirely predictable – they have not mentioned it. At all. Anywhere. Ever.
The ruling was published on November 11th, and has been referenced by many non mainstream news sites since but the mainstream outlets are maintaining a complete blackout on it.
The reddit Covid19 board actually removed the post, because it was “not a reliable source”, despite relying on the official court documents.
Lookout for a forced and disingenuous “fact-check” on this issue from HealthFeedback or some other “non-partisan” paid for outlet in the near future. But until they find some poor fool to lend their name to it, the media blackout will continue.
Whatever they say, this is a victory for common sense over authoritarianism and hysteria.
Actual Ruling
Portuguese appeal court ruling 11 November 2020
In a recent decision, dated 11 November 2020, a Portuguese appeal court ruled against the Azores Regional Health Authority concerning a lower court decision to declare unlawful the quarantining of four persons. Of these, one had tested positive for Covid using a PCR test; the other three were deemed to have undergone a high risk of exposure. Consequently, the Regional Health Authority decided that all four were infectious and a health hazard, which required that they go into isolation. The lower court had ruled against the Health Authority, and the appeal court upheld that ruling with arguments that explicitly endorse the scientific case for the lack of reliability of the PCR tests
The court’s ruling is a long text. The court’s main points are as follows:
A medical diagnosis is a medical act that only a physician is legally qualified to undertake and for which such physician will be solely and entirely responsible. No other person or institution, including government agencies or the courts, has such an authority. It is not up to the Azores Regional Health Authority to declare someone ill, or a health hazard. Only a physician can do that. No one can be declared ill or a health hazard by decree or law, nor as the automatic, administrative consequence of the outcome of a laboratory test, no matter which.
From the above, the court concludes that “if carried out with no prior medical observation of the patient, with no participation of a physician certified by the Ordem dos Médicos who would have assessed symptoms and requested the tests/exams deemed necessary, any act of diagnosis, or any act of public health vigilance (such as determining whether a viral infection or a high risk of exposure exist, which the aforementioned concepts subsume) will violate [a number of laws and regulations] and may configure a crime of usurpação de funções [unlawful practice of a profession] in the case said acts are carried out or dictated by someone devoid of the capacity to do so, i.e., by someone who is not a certified physician [to practice medicine in Portugal a degree is not enough, you need to be accepted as qualified to practice medicine by undergoing examination with the Ordem dos Médicos, roughly our equivalent of the UK’s Royal College of Physicians].”
In addition, the court rules that the Azores Health Authority violated article 6 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, as it failed to provide evidence that the informed consent mandated by said Declaration had been given by the PCR-tested persons who had complained against the forced quarantine measures imposed on them.
From the facts presented to the court, it concluded that no evidentiary proof or even indication existed that the four persons in question had been seen by a doctor, either before or after undertaking the test.
The above would suffice to deem the forced quarantine of the four persons unlawful. The court thought it necessary, however, to add some very interesting considerations about the PCR tests:
“Based on the currently available scientific evidence this test [the RT-PCR test] is in and of itself unable to determine beyond reasonable doubt that positivity in fact corresponds to infection by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, for several reasons, among which two are paramount (to which one would need to add the issue of the gold standard, which, due to that issue’s specificity, will not be considered here): the test’s reliability depends on the number of cycles used; the test’s reliability depends on the viral load present.”
Citing Jaafar et al. (2020; https://doi.org/10.1093/cid/ciaa1491), the court concludes that “if someone is tested by PCR as positive when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used (as is the rule in most laboratories in Europe and the US), the probability that said person is infected is <3%, and the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%.” The court further notes that the cycle threshold used for the PCR tests currently being made in Portugal is unknown.
Citing Surkova et al. (2020; (https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanres/article/PIIS2213-2600(20)30453-7/fulltext), the court further states that any diagnostic test must be interpreted in the context of the actual probability of disease as assessed prior to the undertaking of the test itself, and expresses the opinion that “in the current epidemiological landscape of the United Kingdom, the likelihood is increasing that Covid 19 tests are returning false positives, with major implications for individuals, the health system and society.”
The court’s summary of the case to rule against the Regional Health Authority’s appeal reads as follows:
“Given how much scientific doubt exists — as voiced by experts, i.e., those who matter — about the reliability of the PCR tests, given the lack of information concerning the tests’ analytical parameters, and in the absence of a physician’s diagnosis supporting the existence of infection or risk, there is no way this court would ever be able to determine whether C was indeed a carrier of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, or whether A, B and D had been at a high risk of exposure to it.”
ADDENDUM
Any politicians, or those involved in any way with this hideous attack on humanity should take serious heed of what is developing. As we see above, courts are starting to get involved, and the truth is being gradually brought to the people’s attention.
This is not only happening in Portugal, but in many other European countries and also The USA, South Africa and Canada and many other countries across the world. There is a small army of top lawyers, barristers and others armed with expert witness statements from among the foremost medical and scientific circles that are amassing [Example]. They are preparing to take necessary actions to resolve this issue once and for all in the courts. Some class lawsuits have already been filed in various countries. The ones sued should be prepared for heavy damage compensation costs that will be incurred.
What those who have been directly involved should seriously concern themselves with, is that INDIVIDUALS will be held PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE, for their actions or non actions, consequently, they will be sued along with organisations and governments.

Below is an open letter written to Angela Merkel. In Germany the message is getting through from doctors AND legal experts. The politicians have to start listening, because heads will roll if they don’t – and they may roll anyway.
The Numbers Increase Daily
More than 500 German doctors and scientists have officially formed an organization to investigate the global response to Covid-19 called the “Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee”, or Außerparlamentarischer Corona Untersuchungsausschuss (ACU) they came to the conclusion that the freedom-limiting measures we are seeing taken across the globe are wildly excessive when compared with the infection rate of the “pandemic”.
This group has been giving multiple conferences in Germany, in one of the most recent, Dr. Heiko Schöning, one of the organizations leaders, stated. “We have a lot of evidence that the new coronavirus is a fake story all over the world.” He isn’t referring to the virus being fake, but simply that it’s no more dangerous than the seasonal flu (or just as dangerous) and that there is no justification for the measures being taken to combat it.

Dear Chancellor, Mrs Merkel,
We, the signatories, are physicians from all fields of health, serving people in offices and clinics for decades. During this time, we have witnessed more than one seasonal infection in Germany, most with much more severe conditions and many more deaths than since January 2020 from infectious diseases COVID. Together we serve approx. 70,000 people.
The circumstances of the RFA coronavirus wave were viewed differently from the media, and the ongoing political warnings, which were in fact unwarranted, were presented to the public for months. The predictions of individual advisory virologists with millions of critically ill people and hundreds of thousands of deaths in Germany are absolutely not true.
In practice, virtually no infected patient has been infected and so, with normal, usually mild progressions of viral influenza. Hospitals have been emptier than ever. There was no ICU overload. Doctors, physicians, and nurses were skilled at short-term work. Initially, we found the wave of the virus running towards us threatening and were able to understand the protective measures against infection. However, there are months of proven evidence and facts that this wave of the virus is only slightly more intense than a regular seasonal flu and should be considered much more harmless than, say, the flu infection in 2017 / 2018 with 27,000 deaths in Germany. According to the data situation, there has been no threat to the German population from Covid-19 for months.
This must be the reason why we are returning to a normal life in Germany – a life without restrictions, without fear and without infectious hysteria.
We are seeing more and more older people with depression, young children and adolescents with severe anxiety and behavioral problems, people with serious illnesses that could have been cured with early treatment. There are disturbances in interpersonal cooperation, hysteria and aggression caused by fear of infection, there are more and more vigilances and denunciations of “ positive swab victims ” – all this leads to unprecedented tension and division of the population. The development of additional severe chronic diseases is foreseeable. These diseases, with their serious consequences, are expected to far outweigh the possible damage from Covid-19 in the FRG.
The signatories therefore call on those in charge of health care and politics to fulfil their responsibilities to the people of our country and to immediately avoid this threatening development. We demand an immediate review of the available data by an independent panel of experts from all relevant specialized groups and a swift implementation of the consequences for the people of our country. and that the mass tests are significant (for example currently, 1.1 million tests / week, of which 99.3% negative, cost per week: 82.5 million euros) to be audited by a panel of independent experts .
We demand to step up the protection of patients at risk and only them, where every viral infection can take a dramatic course – a healthy and immune population does not need protection beyond general hygiene and health measures which have been known and proven for generations. Children and adolescents in particular need contact with viruses to “train” your immune system. The coronavirus has always existed and will continue to exist. Natural immunity is the weapon against this. In contrast, the mouth-to-nose coverage demanded by politicians lacks a solid scientific basis.
We call on politicians and medical professionals to refrain from releasing public warnings and fear machines on a daily basis in the press and talk shows – this creates deep and unfounded fear among the population.
The Bundestag has a gem. § 5 The IfSG has identified an epidemic situation of ′ ′ of national scope Obviously, the conditions for this are no longer met. We therefore call on the members of the Bundestag to immediately lift this declaration and thus transfer the decision and the responsibility on this matter to where they belong: in the hands of the democratically legitimate Parliament.
If there is an independent free press in Germany, we ask them to research it all over the place and allow critical voices as well. Opinion forming can only take place if all voices are heard worthless and if facts and figures are neutral.
Through daily contact with the people entrusted to us and many conversations, we doctors working at the base of the population know that people’s hygiene awareness has increased so much thanks to the experience of this wave. viruses that normal unconstrained hygiene measures will suffice in the future.

Dr. Mike Yeadon Says He Smelt a Rat Back In The Spring – So Did We!
Dr Mike Yeadon has a degree in biochemistry and toxicology and a research-based PhD in respiratory pharmacology. He has spent over 30 years leading new medicines research in some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, leaving Pfizer in 2011 as Vice President & Chief Scientist for Allergy & Respiratory. That was the most senior research position in this field in Pfizer. Since leaving Pfizer, Dr Yeadon has founded his own biotech company, Ziarco, which was sold to the worlds biggest drug company, Novartis. So not a quack and CERTAINLY not a ‘conspiracy theorist’!
Dr. Yeadon has been included in a few posts on BGB recently, and for good reason, he has a biography that most scientists and doctors would be green with envy for. More importantly is the positions that he has held in research, but key to his experience is the many years he spent as the top research scientist with Pfizer.
You REALLY need to view this interview conducted by Anna Brees with him yesterday. It really hits home and undermines the madness cooked up by Vallance and SAGE that the clueless politicians are augmenting either in ignorance, or maybe in collaboration with the Cabal – who knows. One thing is certain parliamentary scrutiny is a thing of the past. The bread and butter politicians are as clueless as Joe and Jane Blogs in the street.

Adjective: wishing evil or harm to others, showing ill will; ill-disposed; maliciousness, a malevolent inclination to destroy the happiness of others. That is exactly what a handful of extremely powerful, influential and unimaginably rich group of people have done. They have cooked up this situation through pseudo medical science, bought off politicians and by funding the mass mainstream media as their propaganda mouthpiece.

Thousands of doctors and world leading scientists are forming themselves into groups that are determined to highlight the the wrongfulness of this fake, preplanned so called ‘pandemic’. The other group that is forming itself into action on a huge scale are foremost members of the legal profession, who are determined to stop this madness in it’s tracks, through various countries’ legal systems. The final goal is to bring those who have planned, been involved in and have attempted to carry out this scam at a political level, to an international court trial – similar to the Nuremberg Trials of the 1940s.
