He cold bloodedly killed 218 people of his own volition to gain a sense of god like control and power & then helped himself to fraudulent wills that named him as the sole benefactor. Doctors and nurses who administer an experimental concoction that has already recorded deaths and injury may not wilfully kill, but are just as culpable. ‘Ignorance’ and ‘I was just following orders’ were not accepted as a valid defence at the Nuremburg Trials of 1947.

Doctors come in two types. Those that went into the profession as a means to access a respected, lucrative, money generating career and little else. They have few principles or morals – these are the first type. Sadly in latter years there have been many of them sloshing about in the medical field. A TV documentary a few years back noted that the two professions that seemed to attract the most people with psychopathic tendencies were surgeons and top bankers. We all know that those that are the puppet masters in this political system of things are ALL psychopaths – we all know who the suspects are – Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, George Sorros etc etc – the henchmen of the controlling cult – the Cabal. Willing doctors who care mostly for their egos, wealth and prestige, they are happy to suck on the money teat of those people mentioned above with no humanitarian conscience. They don’t care a fig about human suffering or death on a genocidal scale.

The second group of doctors went into the profession as caring humanitarians with compassion, empathy and a desire to take suffering away, cure people of their illnesses and to do their level best for their patients. These are the ones who care deeply for their fellow man. They are also the ones who have spoken out against this hoax pandemic and especially the experimental mRNA so called ‘vaccine’. This ‘vaccination’ programme falls outside the boundaries of the legal definition of a vaccine. Over 50,000 doctors, scientists, medical researchers and lawyers have expressed their great concern by signing up to the Great Barrington Declaration.

Latest CDC data shows: 329 DEATHS + 9,516 OTHER INJURIES REPORTED to date during the beginning of this Covid experimental ‘vaccine’ roll-out. If you have a calculator, work out how many will die if this madness continues and seven and a half BILLION people are vaccinated across the globe – as Bill Gates and Co. have said they want done. But not everyone is asleep, or in ignorance, or just carrying out orders.

As witnessed in this distressing and very emotional video below, Dr Vernon Coleman MB ChB DSc FRSA, explains why doctors and nurses giving the Covid-19 experimental ‘vaccine’ should be tried as war criminals. It is shocking to see the effects this evil – that has descended on mankind – has had on honest, genuine, and dedicated people like Vernon Coleman. Dr. Vernon Coleman’s Biography:

Vernon Coleman was educated at Queen Mary’s Grammar School in Walsall, Staffs. He then spent a year as a Community Service Volunteer in Liverpool where he was the first of Alec Dickson’s ‘catalysts’. (Ref 1 below). He studied medicine at Birmingham Medical School and qualified as a doctor in 1970. He has worked both in hospitals and as a GP. He resigned from the health service on a matter of principle. 

Vernon Coleman has organised many campaigns concerning iatrogenesis, drug addiction and the abuse of animals and has given evidence to committees at the House of Commons and the House of Lords. For example, he gave evidence to the House of Lords Select Committee on Animals in Scientific Procedures (2001-2) on Tuesday 12.2.02

Dr Coleman’s campaigns have often proved successful. For example, after a 15 year campaign (which started in 1973) he eventually persuaded the British Government to introduce stricter controls governing the prescribing of benzodiazepine tranquillisers. (`Dr Vernon Coleman’s articles, to which I refer with approval, raised concern about these important matters,’ said the Parliamentary Secretary for Health in the House of Commons in 1988.)

Dr Coleman has worked as a columnist for numerous national newspapers including The Sun, The Daily Star, The Sunday Express, Sunday Correspondent and The People. He once wrote three columns at the same time for national papers (he wrote them under three different names, Dr Duncan Scott in The Sunday People, Dr James in The Sun and Dr Vernon Coleman in the Daily Star). At the same time he was also writing weekly columns for the Evening Times in Glasgow and for the Sunday Scot. His syndicated columns have appeared in over 50 regional newspapers in the United Kingdom and his columns and articles have appeared in newspapers and magazines around the world. Dr Coleman resigned from The People in 2003 when the editor refused to print a column criticising the Government’s decision to start the Iraq War. 

He has contributed articles and stories to hundreds of other publications including The Sunday Times, Observer, Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Sunday Telegraph, Daily Express, Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror, Punch, Woman, Woman’s Own, The Lady, Spectator and British Medical Journal. Anyone Who Tells You Vaccines Are Safe and Effective is Lying

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to make a proper  informed decision before consenting to have a vaccine, more importantly the new experimental Pfizer   ‘vaccine’ for Covid-19.

I would further recommend that you buy a spare copy (the paperback version is only around £3.90), and give it as a present to your GP. He or she is probably as uninformed as the rest of the public about the risks of consenting to have this experimental vaccine injected into your body to modify your genes. I hope they are in the Coleman category and not another Harold Shipman!

A Dissident’s Guide To The Constitution

A fascinating three episode series of podcasts on the subject of the Constitution, presented by the staff at UK Column News.

Featuring the part Common Law has played in the ‘legal’ system in England and Wales (Scotland have their own legal system).

Not as boring as you might think, after all, many of us switch off when heavy legal stuff about a constitution is mentioned! However, this three part series is a ‘must listen to’ and informative glimpse into our legal system, how it has been manipulated or ignored, but more importantly, how it can be used to our advantage.. If you want an insight into how we may use the ‘Law’ to combat the dictatorial tyranny that we have had launched on us, in a breathtakingly short time – since the Coronavirus ‘Scaredemic’ was released on us –  then please listen carefully. It’s evident that the ‘scaredemic’ is just a tool to relieve us of our basic rights and freedoms.

Episode 1

How does government work? Who tells government where to stop?

By popular request, and to meet the need of the times, Alex Thomson is joined by Mike Robinson and David Scott to brief dissidents on the Constitution. The podcast will be of interest to overseas listeners too but primarily explores the English and Scots Constitutions, the common law, and the British constitutional legacy.

This is not a series of history lectures. After a few initial episodes on key concepts (constitution, common law, rights, democracy, the rule of law, the nation state), we aim to go through the last thousand years of constitutional development with an eye for what has been hidden (how we have been governed in the past), then to explore how the state fits together (how we are governed now), and finally what plans there are for our future.

Why does English have the Norman French word “legal” as well as the Anglo-Saxon word “lawful”? Is the law the Crown’s or ours? Is “jury nullification” the most hazardous phrase to utter near a courthouse?

Alex Thomson discusses with David Scott and Mike Robinson how the stirring phrase “the common law” has been understood down the ages, and whether the legal and political fraternity is right to hold as an article of faith that common law is the most inferior of the sources of law. Where does society’s conscience come into it? Are the Continental philosophers right to accuse English and Scots law of being unknowable because we have no single text that calls the Crown into being or criminalises theft or murder?

Join us to find out why state bodies like to masquerade as The People when prosecuting; why juries are being curtailed and abolished step by step; whether it is true that a freeman can individually say he does not consent to statutes; and what it was that got former Supreme Court Justice Lord Jonathan Sumption so riled this week that he said “I reject that claim” in a lecture to Cambridge Law Faculty.

Episode 3

How come we have such different visceral reactions to the assertions “I am entitled to a house” and “I am immune in my house”,

Even though both entitlements and immunities are kinds of rights? Is it really a step forward that the UN has enumerated “rights” in an International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and an International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights? What are the practical effects of Locke’s and Rousseau’s thought-exercise propounding that man is a blank slate? Were our rights won for us by being asserted by our forefathers against government, or are they graciously granted by government and then curtailed and withheld again by that same government with a supposedly heavy heart?

How is it that the first time the phrase “human rights” was weaponised as a slogan was by sexual proclivity activists in the Weimar Republic organising as the “Human Rights League”, a century and a half after the coining of the term by philosophers? Why can an Englishman eject an intruder from his home but a Continental must wait for the police to turn up and do it for him? Is it sheer coincidence that Article 29 of Magna Carta 1215 seems to have been subverted by the same-numbered article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948, the so-called Global Magna Carta? Are rights truly about “fairness” or “equity” — or is that actually a swizz?

Join us to hear why David Scott argues that the twentieth-century rights discourse has made us “part-time slaves”; how “You can’t interfere with me” has degenerated into “The government must interfere with you because of my rights”; whether we even have a right to bodily integrity any more; how statutes as apparently innocuous as the Local Government Act 1888 hive off rights from us to government; what it means when Continental judges “set aside” their national laws and constitution because of a treaty ratified by their government; and what the lawyerly trick of conflating rights with powers involves. There is no better time to be discussing these questions than in 2020.

For an example of the thinking that we politely disagree with, this recent podcast on human rights may also be of interest to our listeners as they consider our current episode: it goes into detail on the mediaeval Christian background of “natural rights” but sadly skips over immunity from theft and harm, in its haste to assert equal entitlement to positive goods — thereby tragically forming the very pretext for such theft and harm by modern governments.

Episode 4

Self-government or the consent of the governed?

One or other of these assumptions about democracy must be a sham if the other is valid. Either we are ruling ourselves, or someone else is ruling us, and one or other of these has to be the preferable model.

Democracy has been elevated to the status of an object of worship in recent decades, particularly in the English-speaking countries and in the discourse of the European Union, but it is accused by some dissidents of being a god that failed. Why is it that Homo democraticus tolerates no end of blatant corruption and has no qualms about the tyranny of the 51% over the 49%, as long as he is allowed to “have his say” in tokenistic votes choosing between increasingly pre-cooked outcomes? Is an “undemocratic upper chamber” (the accusation slung at the House of Lords in recent decades) an outrage or an intentional safeguard? How does the degenerate standard of British rhetoric in the “democratic” 2020s, and the political tolerance of dissent, compare with that of forty years ago?

Last episode, we considered several aspects of — and accurate names for — the distinction between immutable personal rights (immunities) and redefinable civil or civic rights (entitlements), and concluded that there was great tyrannical power in the deliberate obfuscation of these two fundamentally different categories. We now proceed further into the mirk and engage with the thinkers who have dared to question the axiomatic goal of democracy, considering seminal works by Hoppe, Hayek, Mises et al., Ferrara, Legutko, Barnett and Orbán. Just as Episode 1, on constitutional design, inevitably “did God”, so this episode will surprise some by necessarily dwelling on economics and on the capture of thought-leadership channels, the media and academia, by a swelling government. After all, it is in those circumstances that dissidence becomes necessary.

‘No Room At The Inn’ For 18 Months For First Minister Drakeford – Is This ‘Pandemic’ Hoax Worth It Minister?

Wales’ First Minister has been barred from more than 100 pubs in North Wales following his announcement of strict new rules for the industry. This may be the first step – it may just be the start. To date 300 hospitality businesses have said they would lend their support to the move. .

The West Conwy Pubwatch group said Mark Drakeford would be banned from entering their members’ premises for at least 18 months.

North Wales Regional Representative Frank Marnell presents Garry Plumb with NPW Star Award at Conwy Pubwatch AGM. Garry who is the Manager of the Maelgwyn Public House in Llandudno Junction was nominated by Samantha Jones of Conwy Council. He was one of the original founders and member of the Conwy Pubwatch which was launched 16 years ago and he has been chair of for 10 years.

It comes after Drakeford unveiled new rules for the hospitality industry in a bid to stem the rising tide of coronavirus in Wales (how he and his band of merry cabinet ministers and a handful of dubious medical and scientific ‘expert’ advisors calculate that is covered below).

Their new ‘rules’ include a ban on alcohol sales in hospitality settings, and a 6pm curfew. Unsurprisingly, the decision has sparked fury from business owners within the industry, and now the West Conwy Pubwatch group has taken matters further.

He has been banned from scores of premises, with Pubwatch organisers saying more than 300 hospitality businesses have said they would lend their support to the move.

I’m not sure how often he makes it up North, but reports from the Daily Post – The West Conwy Pubwatch said Wales’ First Minister will not be allowed into their pubs for at least 18 months.

Open Letter

In an open letter, they said:

All licensees have a legal duty under the Licensing Act of 2003 to ensure that disorderly, argumentative, violent behaviour and antisocial behaviour does not occur on or around their premises and to prevent the occurrence of criminal offences.

As a result of your behaviour on November 30th 2020 at the Senedd Cymru your actions class as antisocial behaviour for the damage caused to our members’ premises.

The licensees of the West Conwy Pubwatch have jointly decided that in order to discharge their duty as referred to above they are exercising their right not to allow you entry to their premises.

They added:

Should you attempt to ignore this notice and enter any of the licensed premises listed on our website the assistance of police will be sought, if necessary to eject you from the premises and an extra six months will be added to your ban.

 Like opening a butcher’s and asking them not to sell meat

This ban is effective from the date of this letter and will remain in force until the 30th of May 2022 or until your review which will be at our meeting in the first week of August 2021. If your review is successful we will be in touch to inform you. If at any time your [sic] request to reconsider this decision you can do so on our website under our appeals section.

The Pubwatch group also wrote a separate open letter to the First Minister, in which they warned that thousands of jobs were at risk due to the new restrictions. They claimed the industry was being:

Singled out for exceptionally harsh and unjustified treatment” and warned that the move would push people to drinking in each other’s homes.

Phillip Ashe, vice-chairman of the West Conwy Pubwatch group, said people in the hospitality industry were:

Angry and devastated”

about the decision. He said:

I know about seven or eight premises that will not be here [next year]. They rely on Christmas to get through January and February.

The evidence isn’t there. Between all our members, which is around 180 premises in the county of Conwy, we would have found that evidence but we didn’t and now we’re asking him to produce it.

“We have had an [infection rate of] 19 per 100,000 people but people will now go to Chester or have house parties and the rate will shoot up.”

He added:

We have had around 380 premises put their name to what we’ve said.

“If he wasn’t a politician and he had done as much damage to our premises as he has, then we would have done the same thing, so it’s not a publicity stunt.

I don’t think he would be coming up in the next 18 months anyway.”

So it is quite feasible to assume that the ban on Drakeford visiting pubs and restaurants could spread throughout Wales. let’s hope that is the case. If it spreads over the border to England and further afield throughout the UK it could prove to be quite an embarrassment to our beleaguered ‘great leader’. One wonders if he is augmenting these madcap measures in a wild attempt to get removed from office. It certainly appears that he is under great pressure and perhaps would welcome an escape.

Genius Plan

This latest move by the Pubwatch organisation is an ingenious response it is a strategy of genius proportions. It shows some lateral thinking, and at last we find a group that is prepared to bite back and target individual politicians as a response to those politicians’ ridiculous diktats based on pseudo science and false premises – some of which have dubious backing from a lawful perspective. That is a separate subject, but it should be noted that there are many extremely competent lawyers, barristers and judges who are looking into this from many directions. The lawsuits are either being prepared or have been filed globally. What politicians should take special heed of, is that they will be held PERSONALLY liable for their actions or lack of action in allowing this Coronavirus hoax pandemic reaction situation to get out of hand.

Writing To Your MP

Whilst groups like the Pubwatch organisation can react in innovative ways, and experts in the  legal and medical fields can apply pressure, we, the public, also have a huge part to play. While politicians can ignore a small number of complaints, when those complaints reach a threshold level, they invariably have to listen. They may not be very good at counting small numbers of letters, they are very good at counting lost votes, and that is what is important to them – their future careers. If they become so unpopular with the electorate, that they may lose their seats, and access to the gravy train.

Writing  to your MP is something all of us who have seen the injustices and lack of empathy that politicians have displayed throughout this hoax ‘pandemic’. Let them know the truth and how you feel about this never ending loss of freedom and rights. Our Correspondence Journal

BGB has incessantly written to various organisations, government departments and individual politicians throughout this period of madness. These have included Freedom of Information requests. What is becoming increasingly evident is that politicians in positions of power and influence seldom reply with straight answers to straight questions. What Do These Politicians Base Their Diktats On?

In a word TECHNOCRATS. In the guise of ‘expert advisors’ the technocrats now run the UK’s governments. Policies and actions are not constructed by politicians – they carry out their diktats in total compliance with what the technocrats tell them. They seldom think for themselves, they don’t question anything and they certainly don’t do much research, choosing instead to just go along with the flow in ignorance of the true facts. There is a Latin term used in law Audi Alteram Partem which means “hear the other side”. This is exactly what our politicians have FAILED to do. Worse still the ‘other side’ has been gagged through mainstream media blackout, censoring on social media and instead they have just followed guidelines suggested by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the United Nations (cabal controlled) organisation.

However this is not an excuse for ignorance. Unfortunately our politicians are just as clueless and under educated in health matters as your average man in the street.

Our task is to open their eyes, before they cause any more damage. The problem is:

  • Politicians are ignorant and undereducated in medical general knowledge.
  • They are stubborn – refusing to act with an open mind to ALL the evidence, facts and data available to everyone.
  • They are arrogant. Believing that they have a superior right to information that they believe is correct. They do not listen, and do not respond due to their God complex.

However it is unfair to generalise in this way. There ARE politicians who are waking up thankfully. With a concerted effort on our part, many more will hopefully wake up and will insist on parliamentary scrutiny when a small dictatorial element in the cabinets of all UK governments decide to behave like tin pot dictators, armed with a limited knowledge, but the ability to create mayhem. Sadly the First Minister of Wales – Mark Drakeford is one of those who are totally clueless and out of his depth.

He seriously needs to study the RT-PCR and Face Coverings fact sheets that BGB has published, and realise that the number of cases reported is nothing more than a reflection of the numbers of false positive results being churned out, – and will continue to be churned out  indefinitely – from this junk test.

RT-PCR tests that show (false) positive results for an unidentified and unisolated strain of Coronavirus does NOT equal Covid-19 CASES as reported daily by the mainstream (false) news media – like the BBC.

The whole continued fear promoting campaign and government policies foundation is based on this flawed test and not established science – as tens of thousands of doctors and scientists are keen to point out, but their voices are being viciously censored and drowned out.

One Step Nearer To Justice

As reported in previous posts , it was revealed that Dr. Reiner Fuellmich – along with a team of legal experts, including Robert Kennedy Jnr. were preparing papers in order to issue a class lawsuit, not only in the US, but lawsuits in other countries against not just governments and organisations, but also against key figures involved in the SARS Cov-2 (Covid-19) false pandemic and fraud in various countries.

Portuguese Court Rules PCR Tests “Unreliable” & Quarantines “Unlawful”

Preamble

An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2 (the purported cause of the Covid-19 disease – which has not been isolated or identified with a compiled genome available ), and therefore any enforced quarantine based on those test results is unlawful.

Further, the ruling suggested that any forced quarantine applied to healthy people could be a violation of their fundamental right to liberty.

Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.

(Ed. note: the RT-PCR test is NOT recommended for diagnostic purposes and should ONLY be used for laboratory work. In practice – in the UK – positive results [false or otherwise] are  recorded as ‘Cases’ despite the fact that no clinical diagnosis by a qualified doctor  may have been conducted, and the person tested presents with no symptoms and is generally healthy and not therefore infectious. Deaths are also attributed to Covid-19, based solely on a likely  false RT-PCR test result in the previous 28 days.)

Background

The specifics of the case concern four tourists entering the country from Germany – all of whom are anonymous in the transcript of the case – who were quarantined by the regional health authority. Of the four, only one had tested positive for the virus, whilst the other three were deemed simply of “high infection risk” based on proximity to the positive individual. All four had, in the previous 72 hours, tested negative for the virus before departing from Germany.

In their ruling, judges Margarida Ramos de Almeida and Ana Paramés referred to several scientific studies. Most notably this study by Jaafar et al., which found that – when running PCR tests with 35 cycles or more – the accuracy dropped to 3%, meaning up to 97% of positive results could be false positives.

The ruling goes on to conclude that, based on the science they read, any PCR test using over 25 cycles is totally unreliable. Governments and private labs have been very tight-lipped about the exact number of cycles they run when PCR testing, but it is known to sometimes be as high as 45. The World Health Organisation initially recommended a 45 cycle threshold for tests. In Ireland the test cycle threshold was INCREASED to 45 cycles, driving false positive rates up and by extension false claims that CASES were exponentially increasing, this was a highly suspect move by the Irish government. Even fearmonger-in-chief in the US – Anthony Fauci – has publicly stated anything over 35 is totally unusable.

The media reaction to this case has been entirely predictable – they have not mentioned it. At all. Anywhere. Ever.

The ruling was published on November 11th, and has been referenced by many  non mainstream news sites since but the mainstream outlets are maintaining a complete blackout on it.

The reddit Covid19 board actually removed the post, because it was “not a reliable source”, despite relying on the official court documents.

Lookout for a forced and disingenuous “fact-check” on this issue from HealthFeedback or some other “non-partisan” paid for outlet in the near future. But until they find some poor fool to lend their name to it, the media blackout will continue.

Whatever they say, this is a victory for common sense over authoritarianism and hysteria.

Actual Ruling

Portuguese appeal court ruling 11 November 2020

In a recent decision, dated 11 November 2020, a Portuguese appeal court ruled against the Azores Regional Health Authority concerning a lower court decision to declare unlawful the quarantining of four persons. Of these, one had tested positive for Covid using a PCR test; the other three were deemed to have undergone a high risk of exposure. Consequently, the Regional Health Authority decided that all four were infectious and a health hazard, which required that they go into isolation. The lower court had ruled against the Health Authority, and the appeal court upheld that ruling with arguments that explicitly endorse the scientific case for the lack of reliability of the PCR tests

The court’s ruling is a long text. The court’s main points are as follows:

  1. A medical diagnosis is a medical act that only a physician is legally qualified to undertake and for which such physician will be solely and entirely responsible. No other person or institution, including government agencies or the courts, has such an authority. It is not up to the Azores Regional Health Authority to declare someone ill, or a health hazard. Only a physician can do that. No one can be declared ill or a health hazard by decree or law, nor as the automatic, administrative consequence of the outcome of a laboratory test, no matter which.

  2. From the above, the court concludes that “if carried out with no prior medical observation of the patient, with no participation of a physician certified by the Ordem dos Médicos who would have assessed symptoms and requested the tests/exams deemed necessary, any act of diagnosis, or any act of public health vigilance (such as determining whether a viral infection or a high risk of exposure exist, which the aforementioned concepts subsume) will violate [a number of laws and regulations] and may configure a crime of usurpação de funções [unlawful practice of a profession] in the case said acts are carried out or dictated by someone devoid of the capacity to do so, i.e., by someone who is not a certified physician [to practice medicine in Portugal a degree is not enough, you need to be accepted as qualified to practice medicine by undergoing examination with the Ordem dos Médicos, roughly our equivalent of the UK’s Royal College of Physicians].”

  3. In addition, the court rules that the Azores Health Authority violated article 6 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, as it failed to provide evidence that the informed consent mandated by said Declaration had been given by the PCR-tested persons who had complained against the forced quarantine measures imposed on them.

  4. From the facts presented to the court, it concluded that no evidentiary proof or even indication existed that the four persons in question had been seen by a doctor, either before or after undertaking the test.

  5. The above would suffice to deem the forced quarantine of the four persons unlawful. The court thought it necessary, however, to add some very interesting considerations about the PCR tests:

  6. “Based on the currently available scientific evidence this test [the RT-PCR test] is in and of itself unable to determine beyond reasonable doubt that positivity in fact corresponds to infection by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, for several reasons, among which two are paramount (to which one would need to add the issue of the gold standard, which, due to that issue’s specificity, will not be considered here): the test’s reliability depends on the number of cycles used; the test’s reliability depends on the viral load present.”

  7. Citing Jaafar et al. (2020; https://doi.org/10.1093/cid/ciaa1491), the court concludes that “if someone is tested by PCR as positive when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used (as is the rule in most laboratories in Europe and the US), the probability that said person is infected is <3%, and the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%.” The court further notes that the cycle threshold used for the PCR tests currently being made in Portugal is unknown.

  8. Citing Surkova et al. (2020;                       (https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanres/article/PIIS2213-2600(20)30453-7/fulltext), the court further states that any diagnostic test must be interpreted in the context of the actual probability of disease as assessed prior to the undertaking of the test itself, and expresses the opinion that “in the current epidemiological landscape of the United Kingdom, the likelihood is increasing that Covid 19 tests are returning false positives, with major implications for individuals, the health system and society.”

  9. The court’s summary of the case to rule against the Regional Health Authority’s appeal reads as follows:

  10. “Given how much scientific doubt exists — as voiced by experts, i.e., those who matter — about the reliability of the PCR tests, given the lack of information concerning the tests’ analytical parameters, and in the absence of a physician’s diagnosis supporting the existence of infection or risk, there is no way this court would ever be able to determine whether C was indeed a carrier of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, or whether A, B and D had been at a high risk of exposure to it.”

ADDENDUM

Any politicians, or those involved in any way with this hideous attack on humanity should take serious heed of what is developing. As we see above, courts are starting to get involved, and the truth is being gradually brought to the people’s attention.

This is not only happening in Portugal, but in many other European countries and also The USA, South Africa and Canada and many other countries across the world. There is a small army of top lawyers, barristers and others armed with expert witness statements from among the foremost medical and scientific circles that are amassing [Example]. They are preparing to take necessary actions to resolve this issue once and for all in the courts.  Some class lawsuits have already been filed in various countries. The ones sued should be prepared for heavy damage compensation costs that will be incurred.

What those who have been directly involved should seriously concern themselves with, is that INDIVIDUALS will be held PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE, for their actions or non actions, consequently, they will be sued along with organisations and governments.

As regular visitors to this blog will be aware, things are hotting up on the legal scene. As mentioned many times, not only are the doctors, scientists and other leading medical people coming out of the woodwork to try and expose this evil hoax that has wrapped us up in an environment of fear and unfounded panic, but the top people in the legal profession are waking up all over the place.

We have Rocco Galati in Canada, who has already filed a lawsuit some months back against the actions of the Canadian Government and Justin Trudeau himself , and it’s going forward; we have the likes of Jesse Perez Casanova in South Africa and Michael O’Bernecia from the UK attacking this from a Common Law perspective – they believe that this injustice has to be fought outside the jurisdiction of the ‘system’, but the most impressive to date has been Dr. Reiner Füllmich  from Germany. His track record is VERY impressive, having successfully sued the likes of VW over their global diesel scam and the biggest of all – Deutsche Bank – that he successfully took to court for fraud. These are the types of corporate bodies who are normally above the law due to their size, wealth and influence. Reiner Füllmich is putting together a class action lawsuit in the US (where he also practices), because he is of the view that judges in the States are more separated from the government legislature than they are in European countries.

As one of four members of the German Corona Investigative Committee, (they have a website in German and are currently working on the English version),which, since July 10, 2020, has been listening to a large number of international scientists’ and experts’ testimonies, to find answers to questions about the pandemic, being asked by people worldwide.

They just sit down picking their noses – waiting for others in government to rectify things for them and get things back to normal – those very same people whom they wait on, who have contrived together to cause the problem in the first place. Either through their ignorance as well, or wilfully, whilst in possession of the facts, because they are personally complicit in the planned pandemic conspiracy to usher in the ‘great reset’ and the ‘new normal’.

The currently comatose  public can help, by familiarising themselves with the facts, doing a bit of personal research (the evidence is overwhelming) and getting off their backsides,  then becoming active in this campaign, against what can only be described as a war that is currently being waged against all of humanity.

Police break into the home of Dr. Andreas Noack, a renowned Chemist and arrest him while he is engaged in a live stream internet (Webinar) conference.

This is VERY disturbing & Shocking:

The reasons for the police raid and arrest …  have not yet been officially revealed. However, there are rumours [unconfirmed reports] that Dr. Andreas Noack provided medical assistance to hundreds of protestors during lockdown protests against the German government.

Reports also indicate that Dr. Andreas Noack was under investigation by the authorities for being non-compliant with the COVID-19 lockdown laws enacted by the German government.  … The arrest was made after the German Parliament passed the “Infection Protection Law”.

In the live stream, policemen can be heard banging furiously on the door of the place, where Dr. Andreas Noack was broadcasting. “It’s the police,” a man can be heard saying off-camera in panic. The video then shows police barging into the building forcing Dr. Andreas Noack to the ground. The police then proceed to turn off his live stream.

People who were watching the live stream are currently questioning the reasons for his arrest.

I think the guy is guilty of expressing his opinions,”

said one user.

Another report on Twitter said:

This is happened to doctor Andreas Noack in Germany. After the unconstitutional approval of the infection law, police broke into his house while he was having a live transmission on YouTube. Those who cried against fascism have created the most criminal dictatorship in history.

The arrest was made on a live video stream.  The manner in which the arrest was made is extremely unethical, armed policemen just yell at Dr. Andreas Noack till he settles on the ground.

The police do not state their reasons for arresting him, nor do they show a valid arrest warrant. Arrests such as these are blatant violations of due process. Every citizen has the right to security against arbitrary arrests.

Definition of Malfeasance

It’s not a familiar word to most people, but soon, everyone will be aware of what ‘malfeasance’ means and how it will effect those who have attempted a coup to take over control of the world through fear and lies.

Malfeasance means: intentional conduct that is wrongful or unlawful, especially by officials or public employees. Malfeasance is at a higher level of wrongdoing than nonfeasance (failure to act where there was a duty to act) or misfeasance (conduct that is lawful but inappropriate).

Adjective: wishing evil or harm to others, showing ill will; ill-disposed; maliciousness, a malevolent inclination to destroy the happiness of others. That is exactly what a handful of extremely powerful, influential and unimaginably rich group of people have done. They have cooked up this situation through pseudo medical science, bought off politicians and by funding the mass mainstream media as their propaganda mouthpiece.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) bought and paid for by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, with a known corrupt person at it’s head. Also the pharmaceutical industry who stand to gain trillions from a worldwide vaccine and of course the Globalists who needed to reset the world’s financial system. They have, by clever manipulation and corruption gained the power to control world governments, who have in turn ruined our lives on a pretext that we may all die, if we do not obey their diktats.
