Grand Jury Proceeding by the Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion
Empowering Public Conscience through Natural Law
Injustice to One is an Injustice to All”

We, a group of international lawyers and a judge, hereby are conducting criminal investigation modelled after the United States Grand Jury proceedings.

This Grand Jury Investigation serves as a model legal proceeding to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of COVID-19 Crimes Against Humanity to date against “leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices” who aided, abetted or actively participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic.

Crimes to be investigated include all acts performed or omitted by a person in pursuance of a common design to commit Crimes Against Humanity, and all such criminal acts condemned in the various communities of jurors around the world.

This investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people and shall be referred to as the ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion.

Having been unable to find a court to hear the actual evidence in the current system´s courts of law, we are undertaking this proceeding outside of the current system and based on natural law.
This, in turn is founded on the firm belief that every person can easily distinguish between good and evil, and between right and wrong.

The allegation is that the world’s governments have come under the controlling influence of corrupt and criminal power structures.

They colluded to stage a pandemic that they had been planning for years. To this end they deliberately created mass panic through false statements of fact and a socially engineered psychological operation whose messages they conveyed through the corporate media.

The purpose of this mass panic was to persuade the population to agree to the so-called “vaccinations” which have in the meantime be proven to be neither effective, nor safe, but extremely dangerous, even lethal.

The economic, social, and health damage that these Crimes Against Humanity have caused to the world’s population can be measured in quadrillions of dollars.

The lawyers listed below, with the assistance of a number of highly respected scientists and experts from around the globe and under the auspices of a judge from Portugal, will conduct this Grand Jury Investigation and thereby provide the jury (the citizens of the world) with a complete picture of these Crimes Against Humanity.

The ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion´s investigation´s purpose is twofold: On the one hand it is to serve as a model proceeding and get indictments against some of the criminally and civilly responsible figure heads of these Crimes against Humanity.

And on the other hand it is – through showing a complete picture of what we are facing, including the geopolitical and historical backdrop – to create awareness about the factual collapse of the current, hijacked system and its institutions, and, as a consequence the necessity for the people themselves retaking their sovereignty, and the necessity to first stop this plandemic´s measures by refusing to comply, and the necessity to jump-start their own new system of health care, education, economics and judiciary, so that democracy and the rule of law on the basis of our constitutions will be reestablished.

The Peoples ‘Court of Public Opinion works independent of any government and any non-governmental organization.

An Eagerly Awaited Special Announcement

Now Working Together . . . 

Some of our followers will be  aware that Big Gee’s Blog and Teifi Common Law Assembly have recently, been in discussions about working closer together.

Since March 2020 and up until now, BGB has been tirelessly waking people up, by writing articles, along with hundreds of videos containing evidence and proof that the Covid-19 scam (often called a ‘plannedemic’) was the result of an attempt by the Cabal to inflict an attack on humanity; made possible by a compliant, gullible, and over obedient global population, with an incredible lack of knowledge, and an overwhelming appetite to swallow all the lies and propaganda pumped out by the government via mainstream media.

Their Covid narrative is now shattered, so they’ve moved on to their next fear tactic campaign, with a distraction exercise in the guise of a war in eastern Europe, that is touted as the the beginnings of a third World War – who is not afraid of that narrative?. We warned about this at least a year ago, and sure enough, it appears they had an exit strategy, exactly as we predicted. But it’s not a time to relax – be assured they won’t give in that easily, this war against humanity is far from over.

Not Just A Case Of Waking People Up

At BGB we’ve also been unceasingly sending out correspondence and freedom of information requests, (we have three volumes with 100 items of correspondence in each, that you can view by clicking on the ‘Holding Officialdom To Account‘ tab at the head of this page). This work has mostly been done through the incredible efforts of the one I call my ‘wingman’ Wynne Jones. We now have a second ‘wingman’ in the guise of Owen Lucas, the founder of the Teifi Common Law Assembly. The TCLA has it’s own website (see the right hand panel of this page for a link to it). However from here on, we will be working on a joint project on the justice front.

The Reason For This Latest Development

As mentioned previously, two years is a long time for people to avail themselves of the truth. If the penny hasn’t dropped in that time, the chances are it never will for the hypnotised portion of the public. Of course we are still attracting new ‘fresh’ viewers, but we now have to plan for the next stage in our development and efforts.

The ones that have planned and carried out these crimes against humanity need to be rounded up, taken to court and banished for a life behind bars. The job is however difficult, because the statute court system has been infiltrated and compromised. Despite stalwart efforts by some of the keenest minds in the current legal system, their effort is extremely hampered, because to all intents and purposes, justice under conventional court jurisdictions has vanished as fast as our freedoms have.

Solution

It is becoming abundantly clear that the only solution is to convene Common Law courts, under the auspices of ‘We’ the people. To this end, both BGB and TCLA are going to work towards establishing this jurisdiction in our own ‘community‘ which will take in the three counties of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire here in west Wales. Whilst this project will only advance the Common Law jurisdiction in three small counties, it will provide a template for those who wish to set up similar assemblies in the communities that they are associated with elsewhere – worldwide – especially in countries that traditionally used Common Law (e.g. English speaking countries with ties to the old British Empire and those within what is referred to as the Commonwealth).

Owen and I will be periodically publishing a video-cast between us – around two a month is anticipated in the early days. The first of which, describing our project, and the way we will be working together can be seen below:

This does not of course mean that we will stop publishing news and other important happenings associated with the disaster called Covid , but the mainstay of our work will from now on, be in the field of Common Law. We will also be sharing content between our two web sites.

When an individual makes the assertion that the 4 billion years of human development as creatures of free will by “some God above the clouds” has now been superseded by scientism – the improvement of the race by the intelligent improvement by technology, and that the epoch of free will is over and the collective will be the future, I believe that we are dealing with a classic over-reach of evil. Such is Yuval Noah Harari, an associate of Klaus Schwab’s WEF, and a person who has now given a TED talk on the war in Ukraine which has, if the Google metric quoted is to be believed, already has 2.5 million views. Harari says that Russia has already lost.

Well, Harari says the free will of man is “over”. I’m reminded of Churchill’s “Some chicken – some neck” comment! Not on our watch, Sonny! And his wish for the Ukraine must be treated as the parole of a man who wants to destroy what it is to be human.

This well illustrates the pollution of our sources of information by people of malign intent. Both Wikipedia and TED are in concert, and were for some time until switched to their present lying role like many media outlets, useful and reliable. In terms of news and current affairs output they are now a very long way from that, just as the large social media require massive skepticism from users. The leaders of most of these have intimate connections with the WEF.

As we contemplate the stage management of affairs that has for the time being removed Fauci and Schwab from the public eye, just as the White House pushed to send the Ukraine matter critical, the true nature of the globalist conspiracy, and the betrayal of humanity that membership of, and activism by, the WEF represents is really getting clarified, in revolting detail, before us all.

Terrorism

Much has been made of terrorism over the years, with a number of casualties in the West that is dwarfed by other forms of violence, but which has been used to create police states where they did not exist before the turn of the century. Now we are faced with a terrorism that has already killed untold numbers with the massive fraud of the Virus and the toxic injectates given to more than half the population of the developed world. The Vaccine induced Acquired Immune Deficiency conferred on victims is now being dressed up a virulent virus, but the metrics given the lie to this wherever we look. In the meantime our homelands are being pillaged and the die-off resulting is being frantically concealed.

Harari states that that Hitler and Stalin failed because they did not have the technology to subdue the masses, that corporations can now leverage. As brazen as that.

Schwab, Harari and his WEF associates are truly the terrorists strutting in full view, and we must rid ourselves of any ability they have to harm us and the future of our species.

The Phoney War – More Than What First Meets The Eye

The True Purpose Of A ‘War’

When times get difficult, when the population gets restive, in this case, as the Covid scam narrative is collapsing and people are waking up to the scam; when the governments are struggling to inspire support and patriotism; when there is a real danger of lawful action brewing against those who have committed these crimes against humanity – nothing is more useful than a nice little war. Something to get everyone on the governments side, something to unite the whole country, or even the whole world. All it takes is a fake enemy, either someone who isn’t going to fight you or someone who is in the same ‘club’ as you all along. In other words you need a BIG DISTRACTION.

Then you need to play up the threat, get the propaganda agencies putting out press releases about how dangerous the enemy is, how big a threat they pose – possibly a third world war! Lots of stories and pictures about how evil the enemy is. Crying or dead children are wonderful for making someone look evil, who could possibly defend a nation or group – led by a madman – that kills children?

Traditional enemies are best of course, because after many years of repeating the same threats, of using the same lies, it becomes an accepted thing that ‘They‘ are the enemy, the people in the streets have grown up hearing the same words again and again, it becomes ingrained, it becomes the illusion of truth.

E.g.:

Prime Minister confirms the UK would come to the aid of allies such as Ukraine – in the event they were invaded by Russia.

When the state has total control over the media and propaganda and when the population has been sufficiently conditioned to think only what they are told to think, then the government can change what the people are told and they will believe.

However when the population has not been so conditioned, when the media is not completely under the control of the state, then it is necessary to introduce the change in small steps.

A good way to start this is to create the situation where today’s ally begins to act in ways which can be identified by the population as the acts of an enemy, exploit existing fears, show weakness and vulnerability where you know that an ally will respond, then use that response to highlight the threat that did not exist before you created it.

The Part Played By The World Economic Forum

The president – Klaus Schwab boasts of the number of governments and cabinets that the organization has “penetrated” through its global young leaders program. Almost 600 personalities recruited by the organization to work for the globalist agenda.

Through their program Young Global Leaders , The World Economic Forum (WEF) has shaped a world order that undermines all democratic principles. For several decades, this program has fostered “leaders” who act as agents of the WEF around the world. The consequences are far-reaching and can be devastating.

Some time ago, WEF president Klaus Schwab boasted – in the short video clip below – of the number of governments and cabinets that the organization has “penetrated” through its global leaders program.

When Did This Start?

In 1992, Klaus Schwab (the founder, executive chair and lifelong director) of the WEF launched a program initially called Global Leaders of Tomorrow. In 2004, this program became the Forum for Young Global Leaders, a 5-year indoctrination program on the principles and objectives of the WEF. The network creates a force of global influence through the combination of the individual skills and resources of its members.

The WEF’s tentacles are vast. A partial list of political, economic and judicial authorities in Canada that are linked to the World Economic Forum shows almost 50 names in the highest and most strategic positions in government.

The revelation of personalities aligned with the WEF adds to the Soros list: hundreds of influential figures in Parliament, Justice and the media who are co-opted by the Open Society and other organizations controlled by the Hungarian billionaie, another outspoken promoter of The New World Order and a leading Cabal henchman.

The weight of these shadow power structures undermine democratic principles and the separation of powers, which are replaced by a new global ruling class shaped by globalist indoctrination.

This implies a de facto privatization of both national governments and international organizations. Lobbyists are no longer kept in the lobby but have moved into the seat of power. It has become particularly evident since the pandemic was declared in March 2020.

The revelation of the “cradle” alignment of so many current leaders explains the near-unanimity of governments to carry out the tough agenda of lockdowns without asking questions, and their open collaboration to further establish a new totalitarian political order.

So Who’s Who In This Phoney Ukrainian War?

I was once a quiet admirer of Vladimir Putin. He seemed level headed, sensible, mature and a great strategist who brought Russia back off it’s knees after the USSR collapsed. He seemed an antithesis of the clowns we had in the west – especially the Anglo North America leaders, and especially the UK and it’s English speaking colonies.

It appeared that Putin may well be out of the club that brought us Covid, and may secretly have been undermining the plans of the Cabal. However, after doing more research and deeper digging after the news of the phoney war in Ukraine broke, was when I put Putin under the microscope, a very different picture came into focus.

John Lennon, once famously said:

Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we’re being run by maniacs for manical ends and I think I’m liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That’s what’s insane about it.”

The term Order out of Chaos, in Latin Ordo ab Chao, is the slogan of the 33rd degree of Freemasonry. According to James Arthur the author of ‘Mushrooms and Mankind’ stated:

Secret Societies have a great motto ‘Ordo Ab Chao’ meaning ‘Order Out of Chaos’. Agendas are formulated designed to give the powerful more power. Chaos is created, and media blitzed. Then cries go out for solution. Laws are passed which could never have been passed without the chaos. The order, has reigned through deception of the masses, and the agenda is accomplished.”

These trained leader are not stupid, they are devious and intelligent. They may appear to do stupid things, but they are in fact throwing sand in our eyes. They have carefully planned their strategies to cause utter confusion and chaos; they also perform the conjurer’s trick of distraction from one hand, whilst something is done with the other  hand. That’s when the penny starts to drop. The chaos through confusion caused by the fake pandemic, and the directives from the majority of the governments – working in lockstep – in the wake of that scam, caused widespread global chaos, confusion and division amongst the populations of earth’s people.

Then after two years the wheels fell off their cart, the narrative collapsed and the people woke up en masse. Time for a shift – a distraction. Dead on que we have the phoney war. Who is involved? Well, the west in the guise of NATO and the bear riding Putin’s Russia. How convenient. If Putin’s goal was to sort Ukraine out, as a consequence of a non adoption of two Minsk agreements that date back about eight years, why choose this moment to make his move? Furthermore, this has caused even greater chaos and confusion, with three camps appearing around the globe.

  1. The propaganda mesmerised gullible public who have started baying for Putin’s blood;
  2. Those who support Putin and Russia thinking that he may be the saviour out of the original chaos;
  3. Those who are more level headed and see further than the two previous groups, whether represented by the mainstream media or the alt media.

The sleeping public who only listen to mainstream propaganda news are now scared stiff of a third world war. The second group, who – it has to be admitted – make up the bulk of the alternative and social media news – (more divisions), and who are vehemently opposed to the Covid scam and death jabs are those now supporting Putin – for all the wrong reasons. They fail to see that ALL of this chaos is different stages in the same ultimate goal of those who have attacked us – the people.

The third group analyse the big picture and realise that all of those listed in the above ‘WEF young leaders programme’ are equally involved in both camps of the skirmish. Like Putin, who is a graduate of that programme, he is also a billionaire, and power wielder – the very type that make up the henchmen of the Cabal that we often refer to as the globalist elites.

It appears to me that we are watching a stage show, where actors fulfill different roles, Putin’s job is to give the impression that things are not what many of us believe the reality to be.

Saviours On White Chargers

One absolutely ridiculous aspect of the modern culture of humanity is that they jump at the opportunity to imagine that there’s always a saviour riding a white charger, that will come to our rescue. This is an example of lazy thinking, and the habit of delegating responsibility to others (usually authorities and governments). It is only WE the people that can resolve this huge problem, in our battles against those who have declared war against humanity and instigated the biggest crimes against humanity in known history.

Silly ones have chased ridiculous ‘hares’ when nonsense is spouted about the likes of Trump or Putin coming to the rescue by destroying the Cabal. Daft people, who believed Trump when he said he was going to drain the swamp (the elites of the deep state etc.) and that he’s going to come back to finish the job. Others are putting their trust in Putin to do the same to help mankind. Both incidentally are billionaires – which club do you think they belong to? It is all a chaotic illusion. So You Think The Genocide Plan Is Over?

Sorry to pile on the agony – these are the provable facts:

  1. We had the hoax plannedemic, designed to lead us in fear to the mRNA death jabs;
  2. Many have died or been maimed for life – depending on which batch they were injected with;
  3. The people (although a bit late), started to wake up;
  4. When the awakening turned the tide on the evil Cabal they cooked up a distraction;
  5. Now we have a phoney war which has distracted everyone’s attention away from the last two years of pain;
  6. The ace card is still up their sleeve – 5G

When the lockdowns came into force and everyone was out of sight under house arrest, there was an explosion of activity to get 5G antennas up. Teams of installers were working round the clock, putting the 5G aerials up every 150 metres on lampposts, trees and anything else they they could attach them to. Elon Musk was firing  thousands of low orbit 5G satellites into space, to communicate with the 5G masts. And many thought the whole purpose was to enable you to download your favourite videos a few seconds quicker. Silly, silly people. How easily they are fooled by the lies, [that all they care about is you]. In the same way, masses of people still think that the governments care intensely about the people. The evidence is all there, but it’s ignored. The truth is, these people view you as cattle – their chattels.

A Humorous Video – With a DEADLY Message:

We know by now that some of the injections contained graphene oxide, a highly poisonous substance when dispersed into the bloodstream of a human, along with self assembling Nano-particle ‘bots’. That is an established fact verified by independent labs. 5G at certain frequencies can interact with graphene oxide and Nano-particles. Sites of injections have been proven to become magnetic. IP addresses are picked up from humans who have been injected. We know there’s an agenda to perfect transhumanism, again with Elon Musk at the forefront of the development of this transhuman technology with his company called Neurolink.

The common denominator in all of this is 5G.

So PLEASE don’t forget what the implications are.

A hoax pandemic that forces injections on all people of the earth, the AI agenda, the medical toxicity of the injections and of course the multi level capabilities of 5G  forms the complete package. The Time For Talking And Educating The Public Is Past – Now The Action(s) Starts

As mentioned in an earlier post, BGB believes that the time for talking is past. Now we need to move on to the final stage.

For two years we’ve diligently reported on the Covid-19 hoax. We’ve done our best to wake people up, along with tens of thousands of other website developers the world over.  Anyone visiting this site have all the information they can possibly need to wake up to the reality of the current situation – no one can complain they didn’t know what was going on. No one can say they weren’t told the truth, all the evidence is in. So the time has arrived when we need to concentrate on informing the people about the lawful measures at our disposal to bring the criminals who prematurely declared war on humanity to the courtroom, to prosecute and convict them. Millions, possibly a billion or more people will have suffered and died as a result of the audacious attempt at genocide. Those who orchestrated this evil action belong behind bars for the rest of their lives. Some would say they deserve to be executed. I personally don’t support death penalties, but there’s a strong argument in this case – but that would lower us down to the level of the criminal Cabal’s henchmen. We are creatures of empathy, love and compassion, and we should act accordingly. We are also men and women who have an inalienable right to justice when others trespass against us.

The enemies of Liberty that have infiltrated governments would have you to believe that Common (Natural) Law is passé and have been legislated away. This is also a deliberate lie to mislead and influence the public with incorrect information

The above videos have outlined the difference between Common Law and Statute Law. Statute Law is the jurisdiction of governments which themselves are corporate entities; along with all other corporate entities – they are service corporations; however, they have no power to ‘contract’ with a living, breathing man or woman. In other words the legal system that operates widely within countries is always hand in hand with governments that issue statutes, acts and regulations, that protect the corporate entities within their legal jurisdiction. We ‘The People’ are bound to abide with that statutory jurisdiction – if we act as a ‘straw man’ (when we represent ourselves on behalf of that legal fiction that was created at our birth).

So what has all this to do with taking the Cabal’s henchmen to court to answer for their crimes? A good example is Dr. (at law) Reiner Fuellmich.

This principled and honourable lawyer formed the Berlin Corona Investigative Committee in 2020. He rather naively (with hindsight – which is always 20/20 vision) had planned to gather as much evidence as possible from expert witnesses that included doctors, virologists, epidemiologists, molecular scientists etc. from all areas of expertise involved with the Covid ‘Plannedemic’. He then hoped to file lawsuits against the perpetrators of the crimes against humanity in courts both in Germany and the USA. What he later has realised was that the statute court judiciary in Germany is hopelessly compromised. Whilst the legal system in the US is more advanced, and has more leeway, the situation is the same there as well. Lawsuits already filed in German courts have either been treated – with biased and corrupt judges – in an appalling way, but in certain cases where the judge has been fairer, and the verdict has gone in favour of the prosecution, the judges have been hounded and harassed by the authorities. In other cases the hearings have been delayed indefinitely, with the can being kicked into the long grass, or evidence for the prosecution being struck out or ignored.

When it comes to justice in the statute courts, money, influence and power dictates. Outcomes are wholly dependent on the size of bank accounts, which is also used to bribe, blackmail or coerce judges, who have often been placed in their positions through the outworking of the Cabal’s henchmen over a prolonged period.

So the alternative has to rest with Common Law courts convened within jurisdictions formed by Common Law assemblies of the people themselves. Spectacular Success of The International Common Law Court of Justice

Of course it is not just Reiner Fuellmich and his team who are involved in cases against the perpetrators of the evil attack on humanity over a prolonged period – and especially since 2020 – and still ongoing. Kevin Annett from Canada has had spectacular successes with The International Common Law Court of Justice.

There is only one way to resolve this situation that confronts us and that is through the courts of The People. Other worldly courts are in the pockets of those who made the attack on humanity. After all, those statute courts of many lands are there to protect the interests of the very ones who are guilty of these crimes. So in effect there is no law and no justice, when it comes to getting redress in the jurisdictions of corporate governments and those who control them and work for them.

Looking To The Future

Common Law courts can be convened by any number of people who band together to form an assembly. In fact such an assembly has been set up in our community here in West Wales, called the Teifi Common Law Assembly. BGB hopes to work closely with that assembly in the near future; not just acting in cases of grievances and trespass against the people who have been affected by the Covid-19 scam, and the resultant damage from inoculation by poisonous injections decreed by the government, but also grievances against e.g. local government authorities – in many ways – where a trespass has been instigated against the people of the area.

Strategies For Fighting A Real Attack On Humanity

We got hit with a ‘sucker punch’ when the World Health Organisation declared – out of the blue – that a brand new deadly disease was on the loose. That was two years ago – give or take a few months.

Most fell for it. Panic broke out. It reminded me of the irrational response to the old film ‘War Of The Worlds’ when, on the NPR Newscast, Orson Welles and his troupe of radio actors interrupted the Columbia Broadcasting System’s programming to “report” that our planet had been invaded. Ever since then, it’s been accepted as fact that the broadcast scared the dickens out of many Americans, especially those living in New Jersey.

Orson Welles managed to make a spoof broadcast in 1953 that aliens had landed. Many fell for it hook line and sinker; packed their cars and headed for the hills.

The aftermath of a similar ‘broadcast by the W.H.O. resulted in the majority developing the “help us please – we’re doomed” mentality. Coupled with virtually zero knowledge of ANY disease, medicine or understanding of the mechanisms of a true pandemic, they fell at the feet of the ones who had conspired to scare them half to death. The governments were looked to as the only hope, and they would save everyone – because they cared so much for them (yes – sure – believe that and you will believe anything).

In reality, they were scheming with Big Pharma and the henchmen of the Cabal to launch a ‘vaccine’ programme, designed to cull the world’s population. As with the effects of the Welles broadcast in 1953 the people lapped up the propaganda from mainstream media, especially the BBC. How easy it is to fool dedicated goggle box addicts, who only get their information from such sources!

Planning of Evil

Planning – on this occasion – was far better by the psychopaths behind the scenes. The ‘dry runs’ attempted previously (HIV, Swine Flu, Avian Flu, Ebola and other fake pandemics) did not take root as they did not have the media on-board. This time the preparations were far better (but not perfect). With a bought and paid for MSM, run globally by about six companies, the false information, hidden information and lies, kept the scam going – until now.

The Response

In the initial stages, the masses flocked to roll their sleeves up, in abject fear and blissful ignorance – some still do. However the more alert, critical thinkers set about reversing the situation to save their fellow mankind.

With vicious censorship of anyone who questioned the ‘official’ narrative the awake amongst us took to the internet to get the truth out. Protests were organised, with freedom rallies, anti ‘killer jab’ protests, now the big ‘Trucker Protest’ in Canada, followed by a mass of similar protests organised in countries across the world are involved, the time has arrived to open up another front.

Protests, websites, videos, letter writing, rallies etc. can only go so far in bringing the insanity to an end. We now need to exercise justice and retribution and the prosecution and punishment of the criminals involved. We have all the evidence we need.

We’ve all had our parts to play. Those who could not physically attend rallies and protests took to other means of getting the information out there – like BGB – that has used technical know-how and the power of the keyboard to wake people up. We have three volumes of correspondence in our journal, where we have questioned, badgered and issued freedom of information requests to the powers, agencies and governments that are implicated in these greatest ever of crimes against humanity.

Remaining Question

All involved have put their shoulder to the wheel in one way or another. However one big question remains. After waking people up (there’s now a tsunami of woken up people building up across the globe), how do we defeat and reverse the situation? How do we bring those responsible for these crimes against humanity to real justice?

Whilst turning the tables with the mass distribution of truth through our efforts to date, how do we ensure that those responsible are appropriately punished and that this kind of thing will NEVER happen again?

The Ultimate Solution

BGB has come to the conclusion that as we move into the next final phase, we need to have a slight change in focus and tack. We will continue to spread news of the hoax pandemic and it’s instigators – as it breaks, and keep our followers in touch with developments, but there will be a slight change in what our goals are.

There is going to be a shift in BGB’s focus

At BGB we believe that the whole strategy in the fight back, and education of the masses has had to follow a natural course. E.g.:

  1. Initially, there was a need to make people aware of what had happened. To a great extent that has been achieved. When you compare the numbers that have awakened between January 2020 and January 2022 it’s absolutely amazing; however we can’t rest on our oars in this regard, but it is no longer a number one priority. After the initial push, it has gathered momentum on it’s own.
  2. People had to be fed provable medical and scientific facts and evidence. As the mainstream media have been pumping out lies, propaganda and false information, we the people have been offsetting that strategy of the Cabal, by publishing the truth, backed up by facts that cannot be refuted. This has been done via websites that have sprung up, video platforms and social media generally. A great deal of this information has been lost due to censorship, but as an ever growing army of people have been multiplying this truth by repeating and spreading it, the censors have generally failed, whilst we have gone from strength to strength. So that has also been a huge success.
  3. We have contacted every government and government agency with queries, questions and Freedom of Information requests. In fact they are drowning in correspondence from us the people. To begin with, they arrogantly tried to ignore us, but as the correspondence, and tenacity to get replies and explanations increased, their now nervous responses is tangible. It seems that stage in our strategy can be ticked as another success.
  4. We’ve had protests and rallies that started off quite nervously and cautious. We’ve been expanding our Stand In The Park meetings on Sundays, so our public profile has increased. All of these efforts have had a huge part to play – now it’s time to move on and finish the job. In the two year span since the contrived disaster through a planned scam hit, the protests and rallies just ballooned like a snowball. Crowds of MILLIONS now regularly converge on cities – globally.
  5. It is now time to put our energies into the legal battles, be they hearings in the statute law jurisdiction arena that is controlled and compromised by those that have attacked us, or the Common LAW arena (which we have concluded is the most likely way to success.

To this end, BGB is in discussions with others who focus their energy on Common Law. There is a need to get people to understand what Common Law is about and how it operates. There is a critical need to form Common Law Assemblies in communities, and to take back our inalienable rights, whist prosecuting those who have trespassed against us.

We will release more information about this in the next few weeks. The outcome may be that we pool our resources, by working closer with other websites who are pushing the lawful fightback agenda in courtrooms exercising Common Law.

Huge leaps forward have been accomplished by those who have dug very deep in their research, and exposed the Cabal operators even further. We are zeroing in on the psychopaths behind this. They may run but they can’t hide.

First, crack open your Piggy Bank. Then, pop down to your local ironmongers and purchase a large can of WD-40. Insert the nozzle into each ear in turn and squirt – it may loosen up your ability to hear properly. When finished with your hearing apparatus, stick the long red tube as far up your nose as you can. You may be able to get a healthcare ‘professional’ – who’s had experience of sticking 7 inch probes (for PCR tests), up noses to help you with this – to ensure  that the nozzle breaches the brain barrier by ripping the nasopharynx membrane. All done? Good.

Now go to bed and wait until your cognitive dissonance recedes. The WD-40 should have eased your mind to open wider and become more critical.

A load of nonsense of course – but it should make you stop and reassess what you’ve been led to believe up until now. Vast numbers of the general public have woken up and the tide has turned. So now you:

Our Patience Has A Limit

Unlike the mainstream media – especially the press –  we never do character assassinations. We believe it is important to judge people in office by their efficiency and the work they do. Should that level of competency, efficiency or basic ability to serve the public fall to an unacceptable level, then we feel fully obliged to highlight those deficiencies and further expose the failings to the public.

As an example we could – as the mainstream media and his political enemies do – focus on Drakeford’s family affairs and questioned suitability to hold the office he does. If you want to know more you can visit this link, but BGB will not broadcast that material.

The same applies to Mair Eluned Morgan (Baroness Morgan of Ely) the current minister for health and social services in the Welsh Government. With a privileged background (the daughter of Revd Canon Bob Morgan and Elaine Morgan). She was educated at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf, winning a scholarship to the United World College of the Atlantic, all hand-picked establishments (see here) contacts aplenty and especially being one of Tony BLiar’s former ‘Babes’ and prodigies, (like Jacinda Ardern the premier of New Zealand). It’s no surprise that they arrive in their positions at young ages – not due to talent, but by a leg up the greasy pole, by adopting and adhering explicitly to the machinations of those who dwell in the dark corners and influence them.

Holding Officialdom To Account

As many of the followers of BGB are aware, one of the main planks of the work we do is holding officialdom to account.

Whilst our Correspondence Journal (now in it’s third volume with 100 entries per volume), records and publishes the enquiries/ freedom of information requests or direct correspondence with government corporations and individual ministers and committees in government; and then the eventual responses from both governments and bodies in England and Wales, but that is only a fraction of the correspondence work we engage in.

In between the initial contact and the result there is sometimes reams of of correspondence in between that is not published here in our Correspondence Journal. Responses are often wishy washy  ‘chaff’ that is of no meaningful substance. Then there’s the waffle – which is often just the regurgitation of official lines. They use elaborate manoeuvres in the art of ducking, weaving and hiding. Then there’s the classic refusal to respond tactic – we get no response. In some cases we get refusals to divulge information under the Freedom Of Information guidelines, internal reviews are requested and on occasion we complain to the Independent Commissioner’s Office and only then – based on their conclusions – we more often than not get a result. Now For Those To Be Named and Shamed

Some high ranking ministers like Drakeford and Morgan, adopt the tactic of no response to us. They both seem to have conveniently forgotten that it is the dog that wags the tail and not the tail that wags the dog. Humorously the Welsh Government was known as WAG (Welsh Assembly Government). How appropriate! But the dog is us the people, the tail is our government.

Sadly, some have forgotten that. These ministers believe that they ‘rule’ the people, as witnessed over the last two years especially, forgetting that it’s the people who have put them in their positions, to act as our servants. Many of ‘us’ (the people) have forgotten that as well sadly. When the master requires information from his servant, the servant is obliged to respond.

Drakeford and Morgan, in their arrogance, obviously believe that they are above the Goyim (cattle). Quote from a Jewish Chronicle:

Goyim were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world . . . .

The Hebrew word goyim is the word that the Jewish people use in Hebrew to refer to non-Jews. The unclean cattle or ‘Gentiles’.

Perhaps Drakeford and Morgan believe that we are so far below them that we do not warrant a response – who knows? To be kind to them maybe they have no answers – although they have plenty of advisors and staff to commandeer for the task.

Note that correspondence to Drakeford & Morgan are highlighted in yellow. As the two most powerful members of the Welsh Government, they should set an example to their minions. It seems that both are hiding under their desks as we hammer on their doors – hoping we will go away – that won’t happen. The longer they take to respond the deeper the hole they are digging for themselves.

Know Your Common Law Rights

Introduction

Confusion is caused by ignorance. Ignorance does not necessarily equate with stupidity. If someone is stupid, they may not be able to comprehend the knowledge and truth that is conveyed to them – that is not usually their fault.

The vast majority of humanity however, float in a vacuum of ignorance. There are many reasons for this, the main one is based on the education we receive from the State’s education system. Instead of learning truth and being exposed to knowledge, we – from the first day of school – land up perceiving a false reality that we have been indoctrinated with and forced to comply with. This conditioning is is enhanced, because it often begins at home, where the parents of the children who are being indoctrinated, have themselves been programmed from their childhood, and pass this disease-like mindset on to their offspring, before full indoctrination begins in the classroom – where the vast majority of the teachers have also been pre-programmed to accept the false reality we live in, and are taught to accept the will of governments and authority without question. This is the statist mentality, it is a cult like belief system that cannot be disputed or questioned – just like any cult belief system. The government is omnipotent and always right – it cares for the people and not it’s corporate status. An absolute lie that’s ingested and digested by all those that fall under it’s spell.

The process of understanding what reality is, has been air-brushed out of our consciousness. This is the reason why the masses are confused, and utterly compliant. The only way out of that swamp is to cultivate our own personal open mindedness and critical thinking. The only person able to do that is the individual him/her self.

Our Birth Right

We have inalienable rights that are inherited at birth – we are born with them. They originate with a higher authority that is called ‘natural’ LAW, which is above man-made legalities that are bestowed upon us by the ‘legal’ system.  Such rights are not endowed upon us, they are our possessions and no authority has the power to trespass against that LAW.

Simple Rules

Common (Natural) LAW – the law of the land – uses simple rules. It imposes a social contract to do no harm. All men and women are required to:

  1. Do no harm in any way to their fellow men and women;
  2. Cause no loss;
  3. Not engage in fraud and,
  4. Cause no breach of the peace.

Adherence to these simple rules of LAW encompasses all the spurious and inferior man-made legal rules. The LAW of the land has it’s roots in Magna Carter and previously, to the Natural Law of the universe, as conveyed in ancient writings (irrespective of whether you are religious or not). It is the manifestation of what is instinctively known to us. We are born with a right or wrong compass, often called a conscience; it is why men and women suffer guilt when they know within themselves that they have committed a wrong (referred to as a trespass) against their fellow man or woman.

The Other Legal Entity

Admiralty law Pt.3 - YouTubeConversely the legal system that we live under – in all English speaking Common Law lands is ,statute, admiralty law or law of the sea It’s a corporate legal civil system, that is designed to protect corporate business not the rights or freedoms of men and women. The role of men and women under that system is viewed as commercial assets (or the same as cargo under the maritime law).

We are fraudulently sucked into this ‘legal’ system at birth. A conversion takes place where a ‘contract’ is entered into, and by virtue of a ‘registration of birth certificate issued’ by the authorities, that man or woman is recognised as ‘cargo’ in this legal system. They are then viewed as an asset, and their identification is linked to the legal fraud for the remainder of their life. It is a legal fraud because it is a contractual arrangement implemented by one party only. A baby cannot give his or her agreement to such a contract, and does not have the intellectual capacity to be a co-signatory to any contractual document drawn up by the other party (the statutory civil law system).

The Common Law Court has created an International database for all living men and women. By submitting a declaration for your birth, you have confirmed that you exist.

Currently, the only existing record for you is a legal fiction which the state has attached to you; this means that you fall under their rules. By recording your birth with the Common Law Court, you now have an option, you can remain under the statutory system and rules or stand under the authority and jurisdiction of the Common Law Court.

There is no charge for recording any information with the Common Law Court.

It is not just the Common Law judicial system that is fighting the powers, that in recent times, have been engaged in crimes against humanity – although it is knowledge about Universal, Common Law that is the main focus of this article.

From A Statute Law Perspective

Dr. (at Law) Reiner Fuellmich who heads up the Berlin Covid Investigative Committee (BCIC) in Germany has amassed an incredible amount of expert witness evidence, in preparation for lawsuits to be filed under the civil (Statute Law) judicial system. Whilst the BCIC is not coming at these crimes from a Common Law direction, Fuellmich is without doubt, the foremost representative in the corporate legal (civil) system. However the task of taking on a compromised judicial system is a great one, but given his past track record, he is probably the most qualified attorney for the job, when dealing with the authorities’ judicial ‘legal’ system.

It has already been noticed how the legal system has battened  down the hatches, and gone out of it’s way to slow matters down, by ducking and weaving.  However it is impossible for them to keep the raps on this breath-taking and audacious move against humanity for much longer.
