(For Further details see the\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/biggeesblog.cymru\/PDF\/RT-PCR_Corman_Drosten_Review_report_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corman Drosten Study<\/a>)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"image-wrap fff-pic\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exactly one year later on January 20th, 2021, the WHO retracts. They don\u2019t say \u201cWe Made a Mistake\u201d. The retraction is carefully formulated.\u00a0While the WHO does not deny the validity of their misleading January 2020 guidelines, they\u00a0nonetheless recommend \u201c<strong>R<\/strong><strong>e-testing\u201d<\/strong> (which everybody knows is a ridiculous impossibility). The damage has been done by now.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Our Past Warnings Based On Facts<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bitchute.com\/embed\/26826RWdaL2v\/\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In previous articles (including the now dated video above), BGB has repeatedly pointed out the flaws in the RT-PCR test &#8211; even the inventor of the technique (Dr. Kary Mullis) went on record to say that it should NOT be used for diagnostic purposes &#8211; it&#8217;s not the purpose it was designed for (Dr. Mullis who won a Nobel prize for his work sadly passed away in August 2018).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All test kits carry a warning that it should ONLY be used for &#8216;laboratory use&#8217;. Do we think that the WHO was not aware of this right at the start of the declaration that there was a (hoax) &#8216;pandemic&#8217; on the loose? Absolutely not &#8211; they and the rest of the Cabal used the improperly used RT-PCR test technique to frighten everyone out of their skin, as the false positive test numbers rose and the media duped people into thinking that represented infectious &#8216;cases&#8217;. They even used the word &#8216;case&#8217; instead of &#8216;unconfirmed positive results&#8217;, making the rhetoric a &#8216;casedemic&#8217; and not a pandemic &#8211; which it never was. And it\u00a0 provided the excuse for the collapse of the world economy and the removal of rights and freedoms from the people, with the eventual goal of vaccinating everyone on earth with experimental gene altering concoctions. BGB has been pointing out this amazing lie\u00a0 since March 2020 &#8211; so it&#8217;s taken the WHO TEN months to admit what we knew in March 2020! Incredible! The reality is of course that the net is closing on their scam and people are waking up to it. Hence this big step back from the lies with a carefully worded admission.<\/p>\n<h2>Ct (Amplification or Cycle Thresholds)<\/h2>\n<p class=\"image-wrap fff-pic\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The\u00a0contentious issue pertains to the number of amplification threshold cycles (Ct). According to\u00a0Pieter Borger, <em>et al.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The number of amplification cycles [should be] less than 35; preferably 25-30 cycles.\u00a0In case of\u00a0<strong>virus detection, &gt;35 cycles<\/strong> only detects signals which do not correlate with infectious virus as determined by isolation in cell culture . . . . .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>See Corman Drosten Study link in first paragraph above.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">At this point it should be noted that the actual SARS Covid-2 virus (that is <em>presumed<\/em> to cause the disease Covid-19) has <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NEVER<\/span> been isolated, identified or it&#8217;s entire genome sequenced. It is a hypothetical theory. How can a hypothetical virus that has not been identified or sequenced be discovered by ANY test?<\/span><\/h4>\n<h2>The Big Admission<\/h2>\n<p class=\"image-wrap fff-pic\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><\/i>The World Health Organization (WHO) tacitly admits one year later that ALL PCR tests conducted at a 35<\/p>\n<p class=\"image-wrap fff-pic\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">cycle amplification threshold (Ct) or higher are INVALID. But that is what they recommended in January 2020,\u00a0 in consultation with the virology team at Charit\u00e9 Hospital in Berlin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"image-wrap fff-pic\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the test is conducted at a 35 Ct threshold or above (which was recommended by the WHO), segments of the SARS-CoV-2 virus cannot be detected, which\u00a0means that\u00a0<strong>ALL the so-called confirmed \u201cpositive cases\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><strong>tabulated in the course of the last 14 months are invalid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ct rate applied by most labs in the UK has been 40 &#8211; 45 cycles. In the USA Ct rates have been set at 45 and even 50 cycles by some!<\/p>\n<p class=\"image-wrap fff-pic\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cormandrostenreview.com\/report\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">Pieter Borger,\u00a0Bobby Rajesh Malhotra,\u00a0Michael Yeadon, et al<\/span><\/span>,\u00a0<\/a>the Ct &gt; 35 has been the norm \u201cin most laboratories in Europe &amp; the US\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"image-wrap fff-pic\">Below is the WHO\u2019s carefully formulated \u201cRetraction\u201d.<\/h3>\n<p class=\"image-wrap fff-pic\">The full text with link to the original document is in annex &#8211; 1 at the foot of this page:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">WHO guidance\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/publications-detail-redirect\/diagnostic-testing-for-sars-cov-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2<\/a>\u00a0states that\u00a0<strong>careful interpretation of weak positive<\/strong>\u00a0results is needed<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(<em>1<\/em>).\u00a0<strong>The cycle threshold (Ct)<\/strong>\u00a0needed to detect virus is inversely proportional to the patient\u2019s viral load. Where test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation,\u00a0<strong>a new specimen should be taken and retested<\/strong>\u00a0using the same or different NAT technology. (emphasis added)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">WHO reminds IVD users that disease prevalence alters the predictive value of test results; as disease prevalence decreases,\u00a0<strong>the risk of false positive increases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(<em>2<\/em>). This means that the probability that a person who has a positive result (SARS-CoV-2 detected) is truly infected with SARS-CoV-2 decreases as prevalence decreases, irrespective of the claimed specificity.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><strong>\u201cInvalid Positives\u201d is the Underlying\u00a0Concept\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is not an issue of \u00a0<strong>\u201cWeak Positives\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and<strong>\u00a0\u201cRisk of False Positive Increases\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong>What is at stake is a \u201cFlawed Methodology\u201d which leads<strong>\u00a0to invalid estimates.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What this admission of the WHO confirms is\u00a0that\u00a0<b>the estimate of Covid positive from a PCR test\u00a0<\/b>(with an amplification threshold of 35 cycles or higher) is\u00a0<strong>invalid<\/strong>.\u00a0In which case, the WHO recommends retesting: \u00a0<strong>\u201ca new specimen should be taken and retested . . .\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That recommendation is pro-forma. It won\u2019t happen. Millions of people Worldwide have already been tested, starting in early February 2020. Nonetheless,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>we must conclude that unless retested,<strong>\u00a0those estimates (according to the WHO) are invalid. \u00a0<\/strong>I should mention that there are several other flaws regarding the PCR test which are not addressed in this article. Further information contained in this BGB Fact Sheet:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/biggeesblog.cymru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/RT_PCR_Fact_Sheet.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\" data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"on\">RT_PCR_Fact_Sheet<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From the outset,\u00a0the PCR test has routinely been applied at a Ct amplification threshold of 35 or higher, following the January 2020 recommendations of the WHO. What this means is that the PCR methodology as applied Worldwide has in the course of \u00a0the last 12-14 months led to the compilation of faulty and misleading Covid statistics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And these are the statistics which are used to measure the progression of the so-called \u201cpandemic\u201d.\u00a0Above an amplification cycle of 35 or higher, the test will not detect the virus<strong>. Therefore, \u00a0the\u00a0numbers are meaningless.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">It follows that there is no scientific basis for confirming the existence of a pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Which in turn means\u00a0that the lockdown \/ economic measures which have resulted in social panic, mass poverty and unemployment (allegedly to curtail the spread of the virus) have no justification whatsoever.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to scientific opinion:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">if someone is tested by PCR as positive <strong>when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used<\/strong>\u00a0(as is the case in most laboratories in Europe &amp; the US),<strong>\u00a0the probability that said person is actually infected is less than 3%<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0the probability that said result is a false positive is 97% \u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cormandrostenreview.com\/report\/\">(Pieter Borger,\u00a0Bobby Rajesh Malhotra,\u00a0Michael Yeadon,\u00a0Clare Craig, Kevin McKernan, et al, Critique of\u00a0Drosten Study<\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Screen-Shot-2021-03-16-at-14.33.42.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5740064 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Screen-Shot-2021-03-16-at-14.33.42.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 661px) 100vw, 661px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Screen-Shot-2021-03-16-at-14.33.42.png 1644w, https:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Screen-Shot-2021-03-16-at-14.33.42-300x85.png 300w, https:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Screen-Shot-2021-03-16-at-14.33.42-768x218.png 768w, https:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Screen-Shot-2021-03-16-at-14.33.42-1024x290.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.globalresearch.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Screen-Shot-2021-03-16-at-14.33.42-400x113.png 400w\" alt=\"\" width=\"661\" height=\"187\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As outlined above, \u201c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">the probability that said result is a false positive is<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>97%<\/strong><\/span>\u201d: It follows that using \u00a0the &gt;35 cycles detection will indelibly \u00a0contribute to \u201chiking up\u201d the number of \u201cfake positives\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the time of writing, despite the WHO retraction, the PCT test is being used extensively to hike up the numbers with a view to sustaining the fear campaign, justifying the ongoing lockdown policies as well as the implementation of the Covid vaccine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ironically, the flawed numbers based on\u00a0<strong>\u201cinvalid positives\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0are in turn being manipulated to ensure an upward trend in Covid positives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moreover, those PCR tests are not routinely accompanied by a medical diagnosis of the patients who are being tested.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">And now, national health authorities have issued (fake) warnings of a \u201cThird Wave\u201d as part of their propaganda campaign in support of the Covid-19 &#8216;Vaccine&#8217; or as it should be correctly labelled &#8211; an experimental gene modifying mRNA inoculation. NEVE$R before tried on humans, and over two decades has been found to be fatal in animal tests, when the test subject later comes in contact with a &#8216;wild&#8217; virus in the corona family.<\/p>\n<h3>Absolutely No scientific basis for implementing the Covid &#8216;Vaccine&#8217;<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The WHO confirms that the Covid PCR test procedure as applied is invalid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Both the WHO and the scientific assessment of\u00a0<strong>Pieter Borger<\/strong>, et al (quoted above) confirm unequivocally that the tests adopted by governments to justify the lockdown and the destabilization of national economies are INVALID.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It should be\u00a0understood that<strong> these \u201cinvalid estimates\u201d are the numbers quoted relentlessly 24\/7 by the media in the course of the First and Second (pretend)Wave, <\/strong>which have been used<strong>\u00a0to feed the fear campaign and \u201cjustify\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><strong>ALL\u00a0the policies put forth by the governments: lockdown, closure of economic activity, social distancing, face mask, curfew, as well as the vaccine.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Invalid Data.
