His track record is VERY impressive, having successfully sued the likes of VW over their global diesel scam and the biggest of all – Deutsche Bank – that he successfully took to court for fraud. These are the types of corporate bodies who are normally above the law due to their size, wealth and influence. Reiner F\u00fcllmich is putting together a class action lawsuit in the US (where he also practices), because he is of the view that judges in the States are more separated from the government legislature than they are in European countries.<\/p>\n
