He is also a psychopath, with IMMENSE wealth and power, he is one of the Cabal&#8217;s leading henchmen &#8211; his name is Bill Gates and he uses his Bill &amp; Melinda Gates Foundation to fund and empower Big Pharma to carry out his agenda. AND THEY DID! there&#8217;s a harsh lesson from history there.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>An Insight Into What Fauci and Gates Are Up To<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><em>FOREWORD<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>For several weeks, <strong>Dr. Anthony Fauci<\/strong> and <strong>Bill Gates<\/strong> have been beating the drum about a COVID-19 vaccine, seeking to keep the world\u2019s coronavirus optics focused on a medical intervention that Gates acknowledges to be risky enough to require <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/news\/heres-why-bill-gates-wants-indemnity-are-you-willing-to-take-the-risk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff6600;\">indemnification against lawsuits<\/span><\/a><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff6600;\">. <\/span>The two are casting a COVID-19 vaccine\u2014which they speculate could be ready in as little as 18 months\u2014as the passport for a return to \u201cnormality.\u201d The two opinion leaders\u2019 gambit seems to be backfiring among people savvy enough to understand that <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/news\/dr-fauci-and-covid-19-priorities-therapeutics-now-or-vaccines-later\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">Fauci\u2019s<\/span><\/span><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/news\/government-corruption\/gates-globalist-vaccine-agenda-a-win-win-for-pharma-and-mandatory-vaccination\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff6600;\">Gates\u2019<\/span><\/a> organizations, pocketbooks and agendas are driving the rush for an indemnified vaccine. Other Americans may be too distracted by the historically unprecedented lockdown, however, to think through the safety issues raised by a potential COVID-19 vaccine.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Background<\/h2>\n<div class=\"pullquote\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Philippines\u2019 mass dengue vaccination program\u2014implemented with undue haste\u2014not only killed children but provoked protests, criminal investigations, indictments, revocation of the vaccine\u2019s license in that country and a plummeting of parental confidence in vaccine safety from 82% to 21%.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Americans would be well advised to revisit a virus-and-vaccine cautionary tale that briefly captured front-page attention a year ago. In April 2019, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Sanofi Pasteur\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statnews.com\/2019\/05\/01\/fda-dengue-vaccine-restrictions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">Dengvaxia vaccine<\/span><\/span><\/a>, joining <span style=\"color: #333333;\">19 other countries<\/span> in granting regulatory approval to the world\u2019s first dengue vaccine. The FDA gave its green light not long after the Philippines\u2014the first country to roll out the vaccine widely\u2014witnessed hundreds of distressing hospitalizations and deaths in 9-16 year-olds, representing a clear <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6816420\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">safety signal<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dengvaxia\u2019s fallout was so dramatic that it even overrode the U.S. media\u2019s customary white-out of vaccine safety problems. As summarized by National Public Radio (NPR), the Philippines\u2019 mass dengue vaccination program\u2014<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/goatsandsoda\/2019\/05\/03\/719037789\/botched-vaccine-launch-has-deadly-repercussions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">implemented with \u201cundue haste<\/span><\/span>\u201d<\/a>\u2014not only killed children but provoked protests, criminal investigations, indictments, revocation of the vaccine\u2019s license in that country and a plummeting of parental confidence in vaccine safety from 82% to 21%.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pullquote\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2026 in some individuals, subsequent infection with a different dengue virus can increase the risk of severe outcomes\u2014a phenomenon known as \u201cdisease enhancement.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><\/div>\n<h2>Viral vaccines and \u201cdisease enhancement\u201d<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Given that an estimated 40% of the world\u2019s population is at risk of mosquito-borne dengue infection, it is not surprising that the vaccine industry has had a dengue vaccine on its list for decades. There are four types of dengue virus that can trigger infection, albeit with a highly variable trajectory that\u00a0 ranges from asymptomatic infection or \u201cmild and non-specific febrile illness\u201d (together representing about 75% of cases) to \u201cclassic dengue fever\u201d and, in an \u201coccasional\u201d subset, more severe outcomes such as plasma leakage, bleeding, shock or death. In children, experts believe the majority of dengue infections are subclinical. Researchers note that environmental and host immune factors play a significant role in shaping both susceptibility and outcomes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Natural infection with one type of dengue virus provides long-lasting protection against the same type but only short-term protection against the other three varieties. The vexing result is that, in some individuals, subsequent infection with a different dengue virus can increase the risk of severe outcomes\u2014a phenomenon known as \u201cdisease enhancement.\u201d In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6290032\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">2018 review<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">,<\/span><\/span> researchers listed reports of \u201cenhanced illness\u201d resulting from influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), Zika, West Nile virus, dengue and coronavirus\u2014and emphasized that either infection <em>or vaccination <\/em>could produce this response.<\/p>\n<div class=\"_magnetRelConrel_89-4\" data-widget-id=\"rel_89-4\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"magnet-row-rel_89-4\">\n<div class=\"magnet-box-rel_89-4\">\n<div>\n<h2 class=\"magnet-text-wrapper-rel_89-4\">Why Are Legislatures Now Imposing \u201cVaccine Mandates\u201d?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2018, the WHO\u2019s Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety reviewed some of the deaths associated with Dengvaxia but stated that it could not determine whether the vaccine was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6816420\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">causally <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">related<\/span><\/span><\/a> to the \u201cvaccine-related immune enhancement.\u201d This disingenuous conclusion flies in the face of decades of evidence showing some viral vaccines to be capable of \u201csubverting\u201d the immune system and provoking \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6290032\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">exacerbated illness<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">.<\/span><\/span>\u201d It is doubtful that WHO or Sanofi are unaware of this phenomenon, which numerous publications <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/29029938\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">acknowledge<\/a><\/span><\/span> as a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6290032\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">major obstacle<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u201d for the development of safe dengue and other viral vaccines. After the problems in the Philippines, however, Sanofi\u2019s global medical director <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/goatsandsoda\/2019\/05\/03\/719037789\/botched-vaccine-launch-has-deadly-repercussions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">asserted<\/a><\/span><\/span> that \u201cIn hindsight . . . Sanofi wouldn\u2019t do anything differently.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A dengue expert who develops vaccines for the U.S. military issued <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/goatsandsoda\/2019\/05\/03\/719037789\/botched-vaccine-launch-has-deadly-repercussions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">warnings<\/span><\/span><\/a> about Dengvaxia\u2019s risks ahead of time\u2014vainly cautioning that vaccinating 9-16 year-olds who were \u201cseronegative\u201d or \u201cdengue-naive\u201d at baseline (that is, had never before been exposed to dengue) was likely to significantly augment their lifetime risk of severe disease when later exposed to dengue. (About 21% of vaccinees were seronegative.) Why did this industry <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30783665\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">insider<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u2014who has been a paid dengue vaccine consultant to Takeda, Merck, Sanofi Pasteur and SmithKlineBeecham\u2014voice these concerns and condemn international health institutions for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/28716893\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">unethical, unscientific and \u201ccontorted explanations<\/span><\/span>\u201d<\/a> that \u201cfail[ed] to identify breakthrough dengue disease in vaccinated subjects as serious adverse events\u201d? As he pointed out in numerous letters and articles, the potential for vaccine-enhanced dengue disease was readily apparent in Dengvaxia\u2019s clinical trials, but both Sanofi and WHO chose to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/goatsandsoda\/2019\/05\/03\/719037789\/botched-vaccine-launch-has-deadly-repercussions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ignore the evidence<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Belatedly\u2014a year and a half after the launch of the Philippines\u2019 disastrous vaccination campaign\u2014Sanofi announced that \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/goatsandsoda\/2019\/05\/03\/719037789\/botched-vaccine-launch-has-deadly-repercussions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">new information<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u201d was prompting the company to declare that \u201cvaccination should not be recommended\u201d for seronegative individuals of any age. Repackaging Dengvaxia as a vaccine solely for individuals who have had at least one laboratory-confirmed bout of dengue is easier said than done, however, because many mild dengue infections go <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.statnews.com\/2019\/05\/01\/fda-dengue-vaccine-restrictions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">undiagnosed and undocumented<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The dengue vaccine pipeline<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sanofi reluctantly revised its recommendation to provide Dengvaxia only to individuals with evidence of past infection, which \u201cleaves a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/full\/10.1056\/NEJMoa1903869\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">substantial unmet need<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u201d that other dengue vaccine developers appear only too eager to exploit. Although Sanofi\u2019s formulation\u2014which took two decades and two billion dollars to develop\u2014is the first dengue vaccine ever to make it out of the pipeline and into the marketplace, two other vaccines (TAK-003 and Butantan-DV) are currently undergoing late-stage <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6816420\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">clinical trials<\/a><\/span><\/span> in Asia\/Latin America and Brazil, respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dengue vaccine development has been marked by strong for-profit <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4555291\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">industry involvement<\/a><\/span><\/span>. In addition, there has been \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4555291\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wide participation and co-ownership<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u201d by U.S. government institutions in dengue vaccine research and development, even though dengue disease poses little threat on the U.S. mainland. With dengue-endemic areas limited to Puerto Rico and a few offshore territories and protectorates, HHS\u2014the umbrella agency for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Fauci\u2019s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the CDC and the FDA\u2014owns <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4555291\/table\/ijerph-12-09454-t001\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">65 dengue-vaccine-related patents<\/a><\/span><\/span>, dwarfing the 19 owned by Sanofi and the 12 and 4 owned by GlaxoSmithKline and Merck, respectively. All of the private companies involved in dengue vaccine development share patents with U.S. government agencies; meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4555291\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\">very few<\/span><\/span><\/a> patent applications have been filed in developing countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CDC scientists <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/full\/10.1056\/NEJMoa1903869\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">designed and constructed<\/a><\/span><\/span> the TAK-003 vaccine and then licensed it to Japan\u2019s Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, Asia\u2019s largest pharmaceutical conglomerate. However, preliminary analyses of the clinical trial results suggest that TAK-003 may suffer from similar problems as Dengvaxia, providing \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-takeda-dengue-idUSKBN1XG319\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">unbalanced protection<\/a><\/span><\/span> among the four types of dengue\u201d that could \u201cincrease the risk of severe disease after exposure to a second type of the virus.\u201d Takeda plans to apply for approval in dengue-endemic countries anyway.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Some experts are placing their bets on the third finalist, Butantan-DV, developed by none other than <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5660501\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NIAID<\/a><\/span><\/span>. NIAID has sponsored Butantan-DV clinical trials in Brazil since 2013, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nih.gov\/news-events\/news-releases\/dengue-vaccine-enters-phase-3-trial-brazil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">licensing its vaccine technology<\/a><\/span><\/span> to Brazil\u2019s Butantan Institute and launching the most recent trials in 2016. Even in severe cases of dengue characterized by vascular permeability and fluid loss, practitioners who \u201caccurately and rapidly\u201d replace fluids can stabilize patients\u2019 condition\u2014\u201cand rather quickly\u201d\u2014with the result that \u201cthe vascular permeability phenomenon <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30783665\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">abruptly disappears<\/a><\/span><\/span>.\u201d In addition, fruitful avenues of research could include studying the environmental and immune system factors associated with the minority of cases that involve more severe dengue outcomes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With vaccine damage occurring in association with many different vaccines, it is unclear why so many individuals and organizations jumped on the anti-Dengvaxia bandwagon last year, <span style=\"color: #000000;\">but\u2014with a rushed COVID-19 vaccine in the works\u2014their words of warning are worth heeding<\/span>.
